Love this stuff
It last through many handwashes. Iâve always been a fan of Amlactin but the. Body lotion doesnât smell great but does an excellent job hydrating and smoothing. Best hand cream thus far and Iâve been trying them all.

Solved Scaly Skin Problem
I have tried regular lotions, body butters, Vaseline, tallow, coconut oil, and other “treatments” on the thickened, scaly skin of my legs. This lotion does what the others all failed to do. My skin has not felt soft and supple like this in years. Its smell is a little less than my favorite (not horrible – just a weird adulterated shea butter scent), but the results are worth it.

Use it for anti-aging.
I use this for preventing aging so I won’t know its efficacy until I’m 80! But, it’s a really rich lotion that doesn’t spread that great. Keeps you moisturized though. It has the same scent as the tub of Amlactin that I’ve bought before. Only this one, the scent fades very quickly.

My spouse and I both work with our hands, including wet work (primarily studio art, woodwork, gardening). Many other hand creams are not effective enough and also leave hands feeling greasy and slippery. I am particularly sensitive to the greasy feeling of moisturizer (as in I will not use a product that leaves me feeling clogged and slimy). Sure, it takes a moment, but the cream absorbs well. It is enough to put it on in the evening when I have time to rub it in well. It does have a funky smell, so my children will not use it. I do not sniff my hands so it does not bother me. Once it is absorbed there is little smell. Also I wash my hands a lot so that might help with that issue. (even with all the hand washing, the moisturizing impact remains)

Decent lotion, unpleasant scent.
I was hopeful about this lotion but I honestly canât get past the scent which smells like medicated molasses or something similar. It is very thick so itâs best to use while skin is still damp but even used on dry skin itâs not greasy which is a plus. Iâm not sure if Iâll keep using but if scent is not a big concern for you I think itâs a good lotion.

The only reason I bought this product is because I stumbled upon a thread from an esthetician about controlling the smell of your armpits.I learned that the cause of the smelly armpits is the bacteria in sweat and I know youâre probably wondering what does this have to do with this product…lactic acid has antibacterial properties and is very gentle on the skin + using this every day can actually help with dark armpits.I am blessed to not have dark armpits however I was not blessed to have horrific onion/Doritos smelling sweat. The day this product arrived, I was quickly getting ready for an errand and Iâm not gonna lie, my armpits smelled horrific even though I took a shower last night.I was hauling a** to go run my errands so on a whimâ¦What I did was I got a cotton pad, squeezed out a pea size amount, rubbed it on my smelly armpit and let it dry…What happened next was completely unexpected once I let it dry and I sniffed my armpit there was absolutely no smell.For a quick second I thought I had COVID-19 cause I thought I lost my sense of smell but no that wasnât the case I smelled my coffee after just to make sure.However I had no time to see how this would last during the day so I dabbed some on my other arm pit let it dry put deodorant on top of it and went about my day.By the end of the day I smelled like nothing with just a tinge of my usual deodorant smell and it was awesome.This product isnât really intended or marketed as an anti-perspirant (it is NOT gonna stop making you sweat) but the lactic acid in this product is gentle enough to use on your under arm area once a day or twice however my recommendation is to start three times a week and then regularly use it.I am so serious when I say this is the holy Grail of under arm care because using this in the morning before applying my deodorant has changed my life this is my holy grail.

I put it on while still damp getting out of the shower it helps absorption & makes my skin very smooth more than anything Iâve tried. The next days shower you will see & feel more of the dead dull outer skin layer come off.
