Great product and the price is right!
The Amazon elements turmeric complex is awesome! Itâs pure, itâs made in the USA 100%.. I have chronic pain and it helps as it is a natural anti-inflammatory. I also have type 2 diabetes and this is supposed to keep it regulated. So far so good. The turmeric root extract is 316 mg per serving. The ginger root is 140 mg per serving in the black pepper extract is 5 mg per serving. You take 1 pill daily. Itâs 100% vegan, there are 65 capsules in the bottle I order and my husband and I take this because of all of the great benefits it has to offer. Read the caution first to make sure you can take this. This is a great product. I will keep taking.

This is the first suplament that actually help with inflamation in my legs. Its not 100% but did help. Its one more weapon in my arsenol in controling pain.

it is difficult to rate a supplement. I personally take 10 supplements, among them vitamins C, D3, B2, fish oil, calcium. My primary care doctor thinks I could delete all of them except for the B2 (Rx strength folic acid, which is taken for rheumatoid arthritis)! My Rheumatologist thinks I don’t take enough supplements, adding that ‘they can’t hurt’. So I will continue taking my supplements. Is this helping control my RA?It has in fact been shown to help reduce inflammation and pain. After extensive reading on the subject, it seems there is sufficient science out there to justify the use of Turmeric. After taking turmeric daily for 8 years and having my RA worsen at a very slow pace, I will absolutely continue taking it. The strength and formulation of the Amazon brand fall in the mid-range of suggested strengths. The price is hard to beat, particularly if you have it auto-shipped each month.

Today was my first day of taking these. The after taste is atrocious! I previously took a different brand (100 percent) and those have absolutely no taste or after taste. If these work as well as those I will continue to take them because of the price difference.
