Received these two weeks ago on 1/8/25 and immediately noticed they made me feel relaxed. I did want to try them for a while tho before giving a review but man, I LOVE these. They taste like candy and are sugar free. But most importantly they make me feel relaxed but not in a debilitating way. I can go about my day, drive to the store, take before an event, or go to sleep. I usually sleep late at night and just for a few hours but since starting these, Iâve been going to bed around 9-11 pm and sleeping through the night!!! Huge for me. I just feel calm with these. For someone who feels anxious a lot and generally just uneasy, these make me feel ⦠normal and carefree. Not in a reckless kind of way but in a blissful kind of way. I also havenât been upset or angry with small things as much. Iâm just like âeh, whateverâ when I take these. Also, my joints feel better & my shoulders are no longer stiff. These taste great and I love that it also contains lemon balm and ashwagandha. Theyâre a little pricey compared to other gummies but theyâre also 3rd party tested for purity. I find them so convenient and easy to use since theyâre tasty gummies!

Amazing flavor
Iâve had trouble sleeping for the longest time, mind racing at night and feeling restless for hours before falling sleep. Last night I took 2 of these before bed and within 10 minutes my mind was at ease and felt sleepy. This is the fastest I have fallen asleep in years! I didnât feel groggy when I woke up either. I highly recommend if you have an active mind at night and my doctor recommended me taking magnesium glycinate and this formula has so much more in it as well. Iâm hoping it continually works for me!

I often have insomnia and these get me to sleep easily without like straight up âknocking me out suddenly, itâs just a calm relaxed ease into sleep.
