Great fiber and probiotic gummy of its type
Effective, gentle, and delicious. Check the ingredients before buying if something doesn’t agree with you. Also, they are gunmies so yeah they are chewy and sweet and will stick to your teeth like a fruit snack. There are other ways to consume supplemental fiber other than these but for me best gummy I have tried.

Like others said, these are sticky but Iâm ok w that. They donât make me gassy or bloated, but I chew them really well as instructed.The odd thing that happens though⦠they almost make me nauseated. Not a lot but I feel very âBlechâ after one. They taste really good though. And I only take 2 a day not 3 as recommended. Will buy again.

They get a three star because I think they work. The taste and density of them are good but they smell weird. Kind of makes you wonder why? Maybe it’s the unusual ingredients but, I’m not going here again. I’ll use them up tho. Hope that helps.

Taste was good, helped alot during third trimester issues for me and helped with ease of first bowel post c section along with stool softeners. I learned my lesson the first time. I even recommended this to my sister in law during her pregnancy to aid in her bowel issues.
