Drink water!!!!
I started these last night 03/17/2025, let me just say soon as I woke up today I rushed to the bathroom! I have used the toilet 3 times already within an hour time frame. The stomach cramps are horrible and I keep getting a back spasm. Definitely drink a lot of water cause you will get a headache. Iâm going to continue the water away and the detox pills and start the 15 day cleanse back up on Thursday as I will have off all weekend. I will update again once I finished all of them. I am giving this a 5/5 for right now cause since just last night Iâm down 5lbs alreadyð³

I’m going to start with a warning that you’re going to need to listen to.Don’t take this product unless you can plan your life to be in close vicinity to a toilet for the next 15 days.If you are shy or embarrassed about bodily functions in a public toilet then don’t go anywhere for 15 days. Because if you are lucky enough to be in the public bathroom with a deaf person then the horrific smell will absolutely alert them to what you’re up to.If you’re in a new relationship and still embarrassed about bodily functions then maybe break up for 15 days. Because I promise you, you WILL be going to the bathroom MANY times a day. (I went 9 times one day until there was nothing left but my colon didn’t get the message and kept with the cramps)And, for the love of all that is holy: Never ever EVER trust a fart. For 15 days, don’t trust them.That said: The product WORKS. I lost a lot of weight. Like, double digits, I was shocked. But I have modified my diet so that helped.Oh and I absolutely did NOT take 2 pills. I’d take one of each because god help me if I ever took more than one… I love myself too much for that. The pills did exactly what they said they’d do and I don’t regret taking them and I will take them again.

Beware! Good & bad
This stuff works but itâs also horrible at the same time. It really does clean you out which is great for a detox but it gives me the most horrible stomach pains!! I mean horrible on the toilet 20 minutes wanting to cry. I donât think itâs worth it for the pain it gives. Not sure if itâs like that for everyone but buyers beware haha

Iâm a stay at home mom so this work great for me I only take the 15 day cleanse 1 pill at night and I take the water pill in the morning today is 3rd day Iâve lost 4 pounds I donât eat as much and I walk for 2 miles on the treadmill 𤣠but I donât believe you have to take 2 pills for the 15 day cleanse 1 will do just fine .. your stomach will cramp ! But I donât mind it

This was the worst detox/diet experience I have ever had. 15 days of pain and pure misery. I started off at a BMI of 27.1 and after 15 days of careful, clean eating, plenty of water, and exercise I lost half a pound, $30, and all my hopes and respect for this line of supplements.For 2 solid weeks, I never missed a dose. I counted calories between 1200 – 1400 a day, depending on my activity level, which is a healthy weight loss range for my height. I traded most meats for beans, legumes, and other protein sources. I drank a gallon of water daily and I rode 5 miles on my bike 6 days a week. Day 10 I looked in the mirror and I looked like I had gained 30 pounds I was so bloated. From day 9 on I constantly felt nauseous and had stomach pains – all day. Every day you think âTomorrow has to be betterâ. But itâs not. Itâs just as terrible, if not worse day by day.Here I am day 16, not even a pound lighter notwithstanding all the pain and misery these supplements have put my body through this past fortnight. There wasn’t even a period of the placebo effect. I am exhausted, weak, sluggish, forgetful, grumpy, and mad at myself for falling for this product. I had a lot of hopes and had filled my cart up with their other supplements to purchase when I was done with this “detox” but – delete, delete, delete, delete. I will never purchase another product from this company. I’m worried about what damage I have done to myself by using this product for so long and how long it will take my system to recover. Thanks for nothing Youth & Toxic!

it definitely makes you go #2. I only take 1 pill a day and Iâve been going #2 at least 5 times a day. Intense stomach pains before you have to go but it does what it says!
