IT WORKS BUT PLEASE BE CAREFUL
Iâve quite a few experiences with this tea over the course of about 6 years, and for the most part, itâs been the same. Let me start off by saying this tea works. IT REALLY WORKS. It works too well and I only drink it if Iâm VERY backed up. A few tips for anyone who wants to try this.1. Drink plenty of water before and after (donât just chug a gallon and call it a day, drink water frequently up until the tea starts working and also after itâs finished. This will help with cramps and passing stool.)2.DO NOT let this tea steep for an extended amount of time. I see the recommendation is 5-10 minutes. I suggest to let it steep about 7 minutes and then removing the tea bag and drinking the tea. If you let it steep too long it will be far too strong and consequently work too well. I once got distracted and came back to drink the tea after about 20 minutes. Donât be like me. I ended up nauseous and in a lot of pain.3. One tea bag should be enough. I see some reviews recommending a few tea bags at once but Iâd advise against this. If one tea bag didn’t work for you Iâd suggest leaving it to steep a little longer the next time but only a little bit.4.It doesnât always work within 12 hours. If youâre drinking it at night make sure your schedule for the next day is clear. It takes about 14 hours to work for me but YMMV. Don’t rush to drink another cup though. You may just need to give the tea more time to work.5. Donât drink this if youâre sharing a bathroom….unless youâre inconsiderate like me. You will have to go frequently and it will probably smell worse than normal.6. This is the most important. DO NOT DRINK THIS TEA ON A REGULAR BASIS. The tea empties you out but should not be used daily. I cannot stress this enough you will wreak havoc on your insides.

Baby this tea ainât no joke! You will use the bathroom ALOT. I got to a point where I only steamed it for a limited amount of time just to get through finishing the box. Not gentle at all.

I generally don’t have the best of bowel movements with it normal for a few days to pass in between sittings.I thought maybe this tea might help kick things off after a particularly delayed session.The tea tastes bad, I’m not going to lie about that (or maybe, it tasted bad to me because I’m not a tea drinker).About half an hour later, the noises coming from the depths of my bowel. The rumbling and stirring. It was like something out of a horror movie.After suffering through these noises and stirrings for a few hours, it passed. And the next day, I lost a good 3kg.I highly recommend. Especially if you want to establish your dominance and scare people away from you.
