Iâve been ordering this product for couple months now and found that it definitely helps me when I get backed up which is why I continue to buy the product. Like any other product results will vary so it can take a day or two for your tummy to let you know ITS TIME but itâs worth the wait so do plan on staying home relaxing. The taste will take time to get used to but I donât find it to be bitter or gross. I would compare the taste to black tea. I do add honey to give it a sweet taste but overall this product is natural way in emptying all your insides lol to include any bloating. Definitely NOT for kids of all ages. Hope this helps

The ballerinas danced a bit too well
It worked better than I expected. My stomach is now relieved! I recommend you stay home for a few hours once you take it. Do not take it before going to work or an event. If you take it at night, you will be in the bathroom for a few hours in the morning. The taste is okay, but I added lemon juice with it or a drop of honey. It definitely feels like 3 ballerinas danced in my stomach and I am no longer constipated

took a couple of days to work
I made my first cup of tea two days ago and drank it around 3 pm. It is 2 days later, and I finally am feeling the effects from it. I had no cramping or urgent BM the day I took the tea, or yesterday. Today, I had cramping and loose stools but nothing like what the reviewers described. The cramping is not severe AT ALL and the BM do not have me running to the bathroom. In fact, I noticed the cramping and urge to have a BM this morning when I was leaving my apartment to get to work. That was at 8:20 am. It is now 10:20 am and I finally had time to hit the restroom at work to relieve myself. A little disappointed because I was expecting this to really work some magic and relieve me from my weekend of horrible eating. My coworker drinks this regularly (ok maybe not everyday but itâs a staple in her house for when someone is backed up or needs a little aid in weight loss) and she said that sometimes it takes her a couple of days to work as well. So Iâm assuming my experience isnât totally abnormal. The tea once steeped STINKS. I canât say how it tastes on its own because I was too scared to try it plain due to the smell lol. I added some Mio (orange flavored) to mine and it tasted pretty good. I didnât have honey so I opted for this lol. I will continue to drink this and see if I have a better experience.***edited 2 days after original review***my coworker brought me some of hers because I wasnât expecting to get mine as fast as I did. I tried it at work with no sweetener or flavor added and itâs fine. It also doesnât smell. Maybe I didnât steep mine long enough? Anyway, itâs been working more effectively (Iâve had two additional cups of this tea since original review was written). The cramps and urgency are getting a bit worse but still not severe.

So this product…. JESUS TAKE THE WHEEL… he tried and couldn’t! :(first off… these aren’t three ballerina’s but three bi*!ches >(I started this tea on day one…nothing happened… i let it sit longer on day 2…nothing happened. Day three! Bruh! Came in like a theaf in the night and stole my sleep!! ;,(1) this tea works very well but let me tell you! If you have not done a cleanse in a while or years, it will cause you a lot of cramping, due to the build up of gunk in your system. Any cleanse will do that pretty much.2) DO not plan anything!!!!! stay home!3) Buy a box of matches! a nice scented candle will not mask anything…. just makes for floral poo..no one likes floral poo4) clean your bathroom and lay out a nice comfy pallet!5) Make sure your phone and lap top are charged for entertainment6) If you have children, I highly recommend a babysitter!7) If you can install an OH S*** handle… DO IT!!Side effects: Calling on all religious figures to hold your hand Closer relationship with spouse or best friend You might get saved calling on Jesus so much The release of demons is real! If you drink this at night the next day you will most definitely have a good BM. Also good for people who are fasting and cleansing although you must not overdo it. I like to take this once in awhile just to clear out the pipes so to speak. Flavor is not terrific but you can add things like cinnamon or other flavors to it but not milk please! I wouldn’t do that it doesn’t belong with a tea That’s geared to clear your bowels. If you take it at night make sure you’re near a bathroom the next day as there will be a point where you will have to have to have to go unless you have some other problem with your dietary system that prevents that. Been using this product for a long time and unfortunately they don’t sell it anymore in the stores that I have found so I’m glad Amazon had it. Some people will think it’s like dieters too and maybe it is but I just like it to help me when I’m fasting or I’ve also used it before I did a colonoscopy cleanse. Got the ball rolling before I took the drinks that they make you take so I don’t do it all on the same day. For example, if I have colonoscopy on a Friday then of course Thursday night you doing the drinking thing and pooping but on Wednesday I will drink it a cup of this so by Thursday I will be starting to relieve myself before taking the chemical stuff they give you to take. This is a more natural approach although I don’t think it would be enough for the requirements of a colonoscopy cleanse. Good luck!
