Not what I was expecting
I was excited when these arrived but quickly disappointed. They were very stiff and hard but I was hopeful that they would soften and be more shapeable when wet. Even after soaking in hot water for an hour, nothing happened and they were unusable in my opinion. Would not bend to hand shape or body parts, were hard to hold, and extremely rough. I’d return them except I had already tried to use them. Wish they had worked out.

You can feel rough lumps on the soft side
The soft side is lumpy because of the rough side. Itâs like a hard sponge that wonât soften in certain spots. Other than that the rough side is nice and suds up soap good

Perfect exfoliation
I love these so much I put them on subscribe and save so we can swap them out routinely. They exfoliate well without being too scratchy and theyâre still soft enough to get pretty sudsy! Theyâre perfect size for your hand, and weâve even put them in the washing machine and theyâve held up great! The color is neutral which is nice.

pumice stone, cheaply made
painful to use – even after soaking and softening! the item also curves and shrivels so you canât really hold it on your hand, didnât help that the strap holding it together broke within 2 minutes of using it too. itâs lumpy and uneven, feels like a pumice stone, and iâm returning if they let me. I know itâs natural luffah so itâs a little more rough but i was winching using it on my body.
