DermaHarmony 2% Pyrithione Zinc Shampoo Bar for dandruff and seborrheic dermatitis – Fragrance-Free – (4 Oz) Solid shampoos are great because they last a very long time, are less-expensive per wash, and produce less waste since they don’t come in plastic bottles. Our soap-free 2% Pyrithione Zinc Shampoo Bar is derived from plant-based surfactants with no animal ingredients. The bars are 100% SLS free. They have a mild odor that is characteristically soapy/detergent-y. The natural smell does not linger after use. The DermaHarmony Shampoo Bar is very mild to the skin and non-drying. The bar is sulfate-free with a pH of 6 and has a dense luxurious lather in both hard and soft water. A single bar will last for months with daily use.
INGREDIENTS: Sodium Cocoyl Isethionate (SCI), Stearic Acid, Coconut Fatty Acid, 2% Zinc Pyrithione, Sodium Isothionate, Coco Glucoside (a mild vegetable-based foaming ingredient derived from coconut), Water, Sodium Isethionate (natural food grade emulsifier derived from the sodium salt of lactic acid and steric acid used for skin moisturization), Soyethyl Morpholinium Ethosulfate (soy derived odor eliminator), Ceteareth-20 (emulsifying wax made from ether of higher saturated fatty alcohols), Sodium Methyl 2 Sulfolaurate & Disodium 2-sulfolaurate (biodegradable foaming agent derived from plants), Argania Spinosa Kernel Oil, Avena Sativa (Oat Kernel) Flour, Sucrose Cocoate, Sodium Isostearoyl Lactylate
DIRECTIONS: Rub directly onto hair to create a later. Massage into your hair and scalp. Leave in contact with skin for at least 30 seconds. Rinse well. Store bar on a soap tray or rack so that it dries between uses.
WARNING: Avoid contact with eyes. If contact occurs, rise eyes thoroughly with water. If swallowed, get medical help or contact a Poison Control Center right away.

I love this shampoo
I love this shampoo and would very highly recommend it. No fragrance or toxic chemicals that stink & make you smell like a perfume bottle. Clean does not have a smell, clean smells like “nothing” and this shampoo makes me smell really clean like “nothing.” I love it. I TILT (toxicant induced loss of tolerance) & I cannot take the stink of “perfume, fragrance, or scented” products. Netflix has a docuseries called STINK that explains how people hate the smell of toxic chemicals. Also, look up tiltresearch.org in Alamosa, TX. Love this product. I use it as a bar soap all over my body but it’s really nice as a shampoo. The itching in my scalp is gone and my scalp feels really good. I used CeraVe “Anti-Dandruff Hydrating Conditioner” with 5% Pyrithione Zinc and my hair never looked better (even my husband noticed). My hair looks good with or without using CeraVe but I like using a hair conditioner and CeraVe is the best I found. Thank you Amazon for offering the public wonderful products. I love Amazon.

I’m not sure how healthy this bar is for you, but it seems to help after using it. I have sensitive skin and allergies and I appreciate that it’s fragrance free. It really lathers too! I can get a good amount of washes with it, even though it’s not as cheap as generic brands.

Effective for my sensitive scalp
I have a sensitive scalp and seborrheic dermatitis. I have tried a lot of different shampoos and antifungals out there to try to control it. Pyrithione zinc is my antifungal of choice that my scalp doesn’t hate too much, but the majority of them have fragrance added that my scalp does not like, so I just dealt with the extra burning and redness.Not anymore. I can’t believe how amazing my scalp felt even after the first wash with this bar. I felt like how I used to feel back when my scalp wasn’t so sensitive where washing my hair wasn’t so physically uncomfortable… I wanted to cry from happiness.My scalp now feels so much calmer, less itching, less burning. It’s so hard to believe it when I feel my scalp now and there’s just little to no build up of dandruff and no more red bumps. I never thought my scalp would get to this state again and it caused me a lot of frustration. So I sincerely want to thank the creators of this product and will continue to buy it.

Works! Lessens dandruff, and it’s solid
Got this because my partner is sensitive to the scent of other anti-dandruff shampoos. She doesn’t notice this, and it does the same job that Head & Shoulders does. Also I can travel on planes with it. Awesome!BEWARE, this stuff is SUPER dense! You don’t need much for each treatment. It lathers really well.The only downside for me is that it kinda burns and dries out the skin. So be sure to follow it with a good conditioner.

Overrated
I noticed my scalp gets addicted to this. I bought this to try to get my dry scales under control. While my hair is not itchy the next day I noticed I feel like I need to use it every time a shampoo so it’s kind of like Head and Shoulders which is just a Band-Aid not a good remedy. On the other hand though it doesn’t strip hair color so it would make a good cleansing shampoo if you’re looking for a little thing for your scalp.
