I have been using this for years. I have a big tongue and I love that this is open and can actually get all of my tongue at the once. The coppers natural anti bacterial properties also help the taste/lack thereof and make this worth it

Better than expected!
I take pretty good care of my teeth. I use a water pick with a vibrating holder for flossing at the same time. I use a mouthwash too. Didnât expect this to do much but you know, I was wrong. It gets to the very back of my tongue and some stuff (phlegm?) comes out . Now I wouldnât go without one. My mouth feels cleaner and itâs so nice to have something NON electric that does so much good. This is well made to boot. Feels good in my hand.

the “anti bacterial” is not worth the longevity, get the stainless steel one, and wash it in hot water everytime you use it / uv rays it

We really like the copper aspect of this one. Itâs our second one. The first one got old over time, after I threw it away I missed having it and bought another.

I think I will stick with the original Dr. Tungs instead of the copper
I highly recommend the original Dr. Tungs scraper. This new copper one seems to work just fine, but it seems much more flimsy than the original. It still does its job, but I feel like the original works just a tiny itty bit better. Just my opinion, maybe others like the slight differences in the copper, but I will be buying the original ones moving forward

It scraps the crud away!!
After starting using this on the recommendation of my dentist, I didnât realize how much âstuffâ my tongue collects. It is pretty effective at collecting the crap off your tongue. The copper is pretty soft and the handles bend pretty easily. But you just bend them to where you want them. Iâve heard that copper is effective at killing germs, but have no proof itâs working. But my tongue is cleaner.

Great scraper, I originally had the normal stainless steel one before. Saddened that it doesn’t come with a travel pouch too.The soft grip is great for comfort but I found with the previous stainless steel version, that yes the actual blade is going to be germ free but the soft grips require drying out correctly othereise the dampness can set in to them and over extended time start to effect the soft grip’s cleanliness

I have used this brand before and wanted to try this version made from a different metal. It was too soft and bent out of shape after the first couple of uses. I will go back to the original design and won’t be making the mistake of buying this type again
