Extra boost of vitamins
I take a multivitamin so I decided to only take 2 of these as a serving rather than the recommended dose of 3. So far I have noticed a lot more baby hairs sprouting out after just a few weeks of daily use. The vitamins are easy to swallow and have not caused any upset stomach or side effects. I took one star off of my rating due to the cost of this vitamin – at over $1.50 per serving (if you take all 3 capsules daily) this is expensive for vitamins that could be obtained separately much cheaper. The cost is the convenience of having them all rolled into these capsules. With that said, these are a lot cheaper than other big brand marketed vitamins that have similar ingredients. I would say, if they work for you and you can afford them, these are a great option to consider.
