we had tried another brand previously but it had sediment/grit left in the coffee cup. Very pleased with this product, it dissolves with not sediment and no added flavor to our coffee in the morning. will surely be getting this product again.

Pros:1. Barely have a taste. I mix it in with my morning tea.2. Dissolves very well. Unsure how well it dissolves in cold water. Haven’t tried that yet.3. Noticed a difference in my joints, even though I bought this for cosmetic reasons.4. Love that they label the aminos.5. I feel like I’m seeing some nail growth quicker than normalCons:1. Haven’t noticed much of a difference in skin or hair, which is what I originally bought it for.2. Wish it had type 2, 5, and 10. But that’s me being picky.Overall, I do like it and am buying another one to further experiment.

Unexpected Results
I’m not sure if one of the benefits is for improved bowel periods, but it has changed my life greatly. Since I was young, I have had major issues in this area; I’m now 72 and very regular in what I consider normal. I have been through multiple testing through the years and the laxatives, without any doctor ever coming up with a solution. I hardly expected that it would change at my age, but it has thanks to the collagen.For those who are worried, it’s not at all like a laxative, you need to go and if you have problems like I have had it will be one of those good things when it continues. I won’t get into the weeds here, but you will notice that there is something different going on. And for some months it continues; it feels so good to not feel bloated much of the time.All the best; I hope that you have the same effect.Also, in my case it was after 2 to 3 months of use.

43 year old male. I add Bubs to my coffee every morning. Zero taste and you don’t even know it’s there. I have definitely noticed my hair getting thicker and fingernails are much healthier. You can add it to any drink or just take it with water. Either way, you won’t notice a taste difference unless, of course, you buy the flavored version. Some proceeds go to our Veterans. It’s a win/win. Highly recommend.
