Absolutely amazing! Not only did my nails grow super fast, but my skin is looking so amazing. I am 78 years old, and my skin looks better in the past month since I am taking these vitamins. I can definitely see a big difference, getting compliments a lot lately. Not using anything else different. As for the hair, normally thick, but lately noticed some extra fall out. These are miracle vitamins
Theyâre yummy gummies and do an amazing job on strengthening and growing nails! My nails grow in so much better, thicker, stronger, etc than without. My nails are naturally so brittle and wonât barely grow anymore without these vitamins. I had stopped taking them for a while and you could clearly see the difference!! It created a wave in my nails from when I was taking them to when I wasnât and they got very thin again. So take them and take them regularly, consistently, everyday! You wonât regret it!

These are good, tasting gummyâs, and I really do think it helps with my nails. I donât know about the skin and hair part that it advertises. Itâs an extra source of biotin and vitamins. The only negative is that the gummyâs stick together really well. And I have to end up, digging them out of the jar which becomes a problem when you get down to the bottom. I have made adjustments so that I can do this, but I kind of wish they had a.n organic powder or something like that on them so they would remain as individual pieces.
