Works well for my leg cramps
I got this because I was have terrible leg cramps at night. Some days I work10-12 hours standing on concrete. It took a few days but I’m no longer having the leg cramps! I recommend this product!

I was having intense muscle tension and spasms in my shoulder and neck. I was in a lot of pain. I went to my chiropractic Dr. twice with minimal success. She said my muscles were too tight for her adjustments to hold or help much. It was then a holiday weekend, so calling my regular Dr. was not an option for 3 days. I took a chance and ordered these before asking for prescription muscle relaxers and possible an x-ray, as I was still unsure what was causing the issue. ONE dose in and I was really hopeful. Two doses in and I knew these were really helping. I took them for 2 full days 3 times a day. I took 2 pills each time. I am 240lbs to give and idea to others about the dose they may need. I skipped taking them on the 3rd day to see how my pain and motion was. It was at about 90% function, where I had been at about 20% before and the pain was very very mild and sometimes not even noticeable. I have a chiro appointment in two days and I will take before I go to make sure my muscles are super relaxed and hopefully my adjustment will be just what I need to get back to 100%If I could no afford or get to the chiro, these pills alone are a life saver.Cons would be:The smell is something else! But it is a capsule, so the smell is not a taste, these pills were just as easy to take as most any capsule.I did get a headache several times while asking them, a side effect that seems to be common. OTC pain meds dealt with the headache along with some extra water and a heating pad. Nothing had duled the nerve pain and muscle pain I was dealing with till these, so it was worth the headache.When you take them the first time or up the dose, you should wait to see how the effect you.Lastly, they are not supposed to be for long term use. That would be something worth involving your care team and Drs in deciding.Absolutely 100% worth it and I am very glad I tried these as it made so much difference for me.

Assists with Muscle Exertion
For 2 plus years I have used this natural muscle relaxant and found it to be very helpful. It seems for me to be best to take it as soon as I detect some muscle exertion or tension. It is important to follow the suggested dosage. A good herbal product to have on hand.

Not your normal muscle relaxant – better
As I age, I try to keep my physical activity level up, but the aches and pains are there. I used prescription muscle relaxants for some back issues many years ago, but sparingly because they made me feel lethargic and sleepy. They made every muscle in my body not want to respond. Almost like a mild tranquilizer effect.I tried these and could not believe the difference. I only took one at bed time and woke without all the joint aches I was getting used to. It seemed like my muscles relaxed and let go as I slept, so I slept better and they “healed”. A few days later, I did the same thing with the same result. No side effects, no sleepiness, just relief from the aches and pains. I have not yet tried taking it during the day because things loosen up as I move around, but I will report back when I do if anything changes.They smell like herbs. Not the most pleasant, but not like vomit which someone said. It is a capsule you swallow. I guess if you are very sensitive to smells it might bother you, but I wanted to mention it because of some of the reviews regarding the smell.I regularly use several Wild Oregon products and find their quality consistently excellent. I’m glad I tried these.
