Melatonin is a hormone naturally produced in the body that is involved in our natural sleep cycle. Melatonin is important for the maintenance of circadian rhythm and our “sleep-wake cycle. ”Melatonin amounts may vary depending on the person. Traveling to different time zones, nightshift work, lifestyle habits and artificial light or light-emitting electronics, like TV or mobile phones, can disrupt the normal sleep-wake cycle. Time-release melatonin is designed to help mimic the body’s natural pattern of melatonin release throughout the night.

Must have in my stack
As an individual experiencing sleep difficulties and opting against pharmaceutical interventions, this product has proven to be an invaluable solution. I have been consistently taking this medication nightly for over a year, and its effectiveness remains evident even on the first day of use. Once the medication takes effect, I find it challenging to maintain alertness, provided I am in a darkened, lying position. This is uncommon for me, as my mind tends to engage in rapid racing thoughts in the quiet. The medication is easily ingested and does not leave an unpleasant aftertaste, which is a significant advantage.

I send this as gifts
I can’t say enough. I’ve researched all the ingredients. Comparing, it’s far better than Relaxium. Tis has changed my sleep FINALLY. The ingredients each work in a beautiful way synergistically pitying and keeping you in a deep sleep. I no longer get up to go per a hundred times.. because my sleep is deeper thus calming the whole nervous system down. Nerves run through your bladder. My husband finally gave in and likes it and he travels. So I’m curious to see how it finally changes his sleep. I deceased my ambien though to about 1/4. Still afraid to let go cuz afraid of just one sleepless night. But ny sleep is deep. And no more nightmares!!! Increased nervous system = Inc heightened brain waves. And your day is better cuz your body is balancing and calmer. Can’t say enough!

Not worked for me
Sorry but this product not worked for me, so I can’t recommend it, even 2mg of melatonin is better than this product.I am taking 3mg of melatonin + 2000mg of glycine, that mix has helped a lot. If you have too many problems to get to sleep you can take up to 5mg of melatonin and 3000mg of glycine. Consult a expert!

works well
I stopped taking Benadryl to help me sleep due to long term risks. Qunol sleep helps me fall asleep and go back to sleep. No hangover feeling in the morning. One downside is it causes me bloating and gas after several days of use. Overall very pleased.

No sleeping here
Luckily I took this during a time when I was otherwise pretty well-rested, just to see how it worked before trying it during a time when my insomnia has really kicked in. Took it about 10 pm and fell asleep pretty quickly. Woke up at 12:45 and didn’t go back to sleep. Felt a bit hyper and a bit stoned, honestly. Hyper-conscious, slight headache, and not tired at all but strangely groggy. Really made an effort to go back to sleep and at 4 am finally gave up and took a prescribed anti-anxiety med, which I don’t ever normally use for sleep as that’s not what it’s prescribed for. Woke up at 9 am after finally having gotten at least a little sleep. Bottom line, this doesn’t work for everyone and for the people it doesn’t work for, you’ll probably get even less sleep than on your most unmedicated sleepless night. IF you try it, try it on a night when you have nothing going on the next day so if you end up sleepless at least you won’t be driving or trying to do other complex tasks. I also woke up with a whopper of a headache.

Actually makes me sleep
Nothing makes me sleep. Nothing! I normally need to be shot with an elephant dart and I know that isn’t very healthy. I literally won’t sleep otherwise. Not Tylenol PM, not Benadryl, not melatonin, not Nyquil. Nothing! These get me tired. I take one about an hour before and then I take another right before going to sleep and for the most part, it helps so much.

Best Iâve found
I have been getting these at Walmart for over a year now, but even though the Walmart app would say that a store location has them in stock, itâs product slot at the store is actually empty (indicating theft, shrink, or misplacement), and the associates donât care and wonât update their inventory so that the product is replaced. Recently went to three WMâs in the area, all of which the app said that there were 2-3 in stock, but there were none at any of them. So, instead of âbuying localâ, as Iâd like to, I bought them here, at a slight savings, and without all of the aggravation of wasting time and gas only to experience stockouts. The product itself works very well, and contains some very helpful supplements, such as GABA, Ashwaganda, and L-Theanine, all of which help improve things besides just sleep (mood & stress, for example). It seems to help far more than taking just melatonin alone.Definitely a subscription item for me, now. Plus, you can get a 60-day supply here vs just a 30-day supply at Wally.

They just don’t work for me.
I have long experienced sleep problems and decided to try Qunol Sleep Support after seeing a commercial on late night TV. While I have used melatonin for years, its effectiveness has worn off over time. I still take it occasionally and it helps me get to sleep but that sleep is of a short duration. I hoped Qunol would correct that and allow me to get a good night’s sleep. The time release melatonin sounds like a good idea. Unfortunately, it failed to help me fall or stay asleep. I don’t doubt that it works for some people but for me it was just another product that failed to deliver.
