We all have that one step in our daily routines that seems pretty mundane, but is critical to maintaining a modicum of sanity. I need a daily scorching shower (or two) in order to keep myself together. And as far as methods of stress relief go, it could certainly be worse.Unfortunately, there is a slight problem. Anyone who knows what theyâre talking about in the realm of skincare will advise against taking prolonged, piping-hot showers as they will dry your skin out. Iâve taken great care to select a face cleaner and body wash that donât dry out my skin, but I donât want the hot water to undo their work. Fortunately, Cetaphilâs Hydrating Moisturizing Lotion keeps my skin hydrated and soft, counteracting any potential dryness. I apply it after I get out of the shower and it has kept my skin so smooth. Itâs affordable, effective, and isnât bogged down by a bunch of unnecessary nonsense like fragrance and filler ingredients.
