Iâm late 40s and beginning to lose hair. Tried these gummies for 3 months and definitely noticed fuller hair all over my head and my nails grew fast. I compared this to nutrifol which is another hair growth supplement and both have nearly identical ingredients. The other brand is much more expensive and you have to take 4 pills a day. Two gummies is much easier. I do think itâs on the expensive side but willing to payâ¦for now.

These little hair gummies not only taste amazing but actually WORK when it comes to helping my hair grow + strengthen my strands! After reading all of the positive reviews, I decided to try them out and they have not disappointed me! I take them in addition to a Multi-Vitamin every day, fish oil for heart health, a digestive enzyme and I’m good to go! I’m a Personal Trainer so I’m a huge advocate for supplementing with vitamins and I’m so happy I got these. I’ve noticed a difference in my hair finally growing for first time in 10 years and my faith has been restored that my hair would never grow out again. I have bleached and colored my hair so many times back in high school and experimented with every color under the sun so my hair was extremely damaged from that. It has been almost ten years and my hair just hasn’t been able to grow past my shoulders. I’m addition to taking these gummies every day, I have stopped blow drying my hair constantly, have used hot tools on it very rarely and have been using the OGX Strength+Lengthen Air Dry Cream each night after I wash my hair and all of that has worked wonders! I have used this Hum hair strong gummies for several months and it worked great and the taste of the gummies were good . My hair felt thicker and grew longer. However,They have since changed the taste of the gummies and I find them disgusting. They are so nasty it almost turns my stomach. If you can handle the taste , then great! I however, could not and therefore opted for the capsules instead.

Seeing new growth!
Iâve tried hair growth vitamins and lotions in the past but theyâve either made me feel sick or I wouldnât stick to them because they were gloppy and made my scalp look oily. My niece, who has thin hair like mine, recommended these so I thought what the heck, Iâll try them. I was pretty shocked when I looked in the mirror and saw little baby hairs at my forehead hairline. It has taken about 2 bottles to get to this point but I had to stop taking them for 2 weeks because I was having blood drawn and biotin can skew the results of one of my tests. So I knew Iâd be starting back at square one pretty much. I take two gummies every morning because the B12 tends to give me more energy than Iâd want at night. A plus is that they taste great!! I just ordered two more bottles and plan to stick with this. Iâm 60 and my hair has gotten so thin that I can see into my scalp in the front so Iâm hoping these will correct that, at least to some degree. My hair is also growing super fast and thatâs probably due to these. Wish theyâd make my eyelashes grow!

After I finished a jar of this Hair growth gummies I ordered three more jars on HUM website with premium membership discount because they are quite expensive. I started taking second jar of Hair growth gummies, Ashwagandha calm gummies and SOS PMS gummies because I had bad crumps and painful bloating in my lower belly together with feeling exhausted and anxious all the time. I thought since they’re all natural I would give my health a little boost.Unfortunately I didn’t notice any change or improvement in hair growth, belly bloating, cramps or mood swings. I actually felt more anxious and not comfortable at all.I scheduled appointment with my doctor and got blood test done. I ended up having vaginal bacteria which was causing lower belly pain, bloating and messed up periods. I also ended up having some thyroid problems which was causing hair falling, anxiety, depression, weight gain and exhaustion.So, don’t make a same naive mistake and line up all these colorful gummy jars on your shelf hoping they will miraculously heal you. I feel stupid for believing Instagram adds and all those hyped reviews. So silly of me… Im 42 after all. But, lesson learned.They do taste like candy but again, go buy some candy and enjoy them.P. S. Their premium membership discount ended up being a bit tricky. You have to order certain amount, if you cancel membership early, you might end up getting charged.Hope this helps.

I noticed a difference after 1 week but also cause my hair naturally grows very fast but I know it did help because it got thicker and fuller a lot faster than normal, i will continue using for months because now i know its actually effective. I like it!

Ich bin total begeistert von den Produkt. Ich teste das Produkt seit einigen Wochen und ich habe bemerkt das meine Haut viel reiner geworden ist und meine Haare sind spürbar voller geworden. Ich hatte starke Probleme mit meinem Bauch und war immer sehr aufhebläht, schon nach 2 Wochen habe ich einen sichtlichen Unterschied erkennen können und fühlte mich sehr viel besser. Die HAIR SWEET HAIR finde ich sehr lecker. Sie sind sehr fruchtig und haben einen gute Konsistenz. Das “Naschen” macht so richtig Spaà – das Einnehmen vergesse ich sicher nicht. Und man tut seinen Haaren auch noch etwas Gutes. Das finde ich echt super. Ich vergebe hier super gerne 5 Sterne.

Die Hair Sweet Fruchtgummis sind sehr lecker, deshalb muss ich aufpassen, das ich die Tagesdosis von 2 Gummibärchen nicht überschreite. Ich finde es gut, das man Vitamine nun auch in Gummibärchen packt. So fällt es mir viel leichter, diese täglich einzunehmen. Da ich Vegetarier bin, sind auch diese Hair Gummis für mich geeignet. Ich nehme die Fruchtgummis aber noch nicht so lange, das ich einen Haarwachstum feststellen konnte.

Die empfohlene Tagesdosis bei Vitamin B12 liegt beispielsweise bei 4 Mikrogramm, während dieses Nahrungsergänzungsmittel 850 Mikrogramm enthält was, wie man sehen kann, 34.000 % der empfohlenen Tagesdosis entspricht. Auch das Biotin ist mit einer 10.000 % höheren Tagesdosis sehr hoch angesiedelt.Grundsätzlich spricht nichts dagegen, jedoch sollte man solche Mittel auch nach kurzer Zeit wieder absetzen. Die Bären schmecken recht gut. Mir persönlich gefällt der Mix aus der SüÃe und dem säuerlichen sehr. Verdauungsbeschwerden o. ä. konnte ich ebenso wenig feststellen, wie sonstige Nebenwirkungen.Alles in allem empfinde ich persönlich die Dosierung, wie bei den meisten Nahrungsergänzungsmittel als deutlich zu hoch. Nichtsdestotrotz gebe ich 3 von 5 Sternen und eine Kaufempfehlung für all diejenigen, die auf kurzem Wege ihren Mangel entgegenwirken wollen.
