An Excellent, Affordable Brush
This toothbrush was recommended by our dentist. My husband had one and really liked it, so I asked for the same for Christmas, but in pink. Pink is great and it kept our brushes separate without having to just use the same brush and change the brush heads. It’s not too hard on teeth and gums and it does a much more thorough job of cleaning than a regular toothbrush. It takes up very little counter space and holds a long battery charge. If you want to brush for a full two minutes, the brush will pulse when it has been that long. The brush heads are affordable and easily changed when needed. There are also colored rings you could change if you wanted to share the same brush and change brush heads without confusing who’s is who’s. The brush heads also have a blue coloring that shows fading to let you know when it’s time to replace the head. An excellent and affordable brush. I highly recommend.

I’ve found that it is somewhat hard to clean like other reviewers have said. I use Aquafresh toothpaste which isn’t the best and has a ton of residue. Maybe it would be better if I used a gel toothpaste, I will try that in the future. But the residue gets into the grooves of the brush and you can’t see it when its wet. I rinse it off and think its gone but when it dries I can see it all over my toothbrush. The part where the toothbrush head snaps into place also accumulates residue I have to give that a scrub every now and again. The charging dock gets a little dirty and I have to wipe that down too but thats true for a lot of electric toothbrushes. I think the way it looks and feels is pretty basic but it is great value for the price. I doubt that spending $100 more on a toothbrush will make your teeth THAT much more clean. You basically pay for it to look a little more grown up and professional. I’ve had problems with aggressive brushing in the past, I got in trouble with my dentist for brushing so hard that my gums bleed and recede. That was with hand brushing. I still have to remember to not press the toothbrush hard into my teeth because it can do damage. However, it has been easier to brush softly. Since the head spins itself I know I’m getting a good cleaning which allows me to relax and lightly move it around my teeth. I still have problems with aggressive brushing sometimes but it has been a lot better. My teeth definitely feel cleaner with this toothbrush and my gums are happier.

ABSOLUTELY THE BEST
I have used about 5 different toothbrush types in my lifetime: Sonic vibration toothbrush, cheap $5 spin-brush, water floss, a regular toothbrush, and this. This tops everything else. I’ll explain why:- I don’t like vibration toothbrush because it doesn’t clean teeth well. When I use a vibration toothbrush, I can see and scratch off junk off the surface of my teeth.- I don’t like cheap $5 spin-brush because (1) battery dies off quickly (2) spin power decreases as battery power decreases (3) the gap between the battery cover and battery container builds mold (yikes).- I don’t like water floss because it leaves a mess everywhere. I have to keep my mouth close when I use it, but the water builds inside my mouth. I find that inconvenient.- I like to use a regular toothbrush, but this spin brush is much better for these reasons:PROS OF THIS SPIN-BRUSH- Battery life is really nice. I find myself brushing my teeth anywhere between 4-6 minutes with these, for the sake of pleasure. I know that sounds weird, but eh.- Cordless battery recharge. This is a great feature if you don’t like replacing batteries. It’s also hygienic af because you don’t have mold build up between gaps.- CLEANS TEETH. I mean.. OMG. This really cleans your teeth. I don’t see any scratchable gunk on surface of my teeth.- CLEANS DEEP. The downside of every other toothbrushes that they don’t reach everywhere, especially near the wisdom tooth. But this reaches not only deep inside the wisdom tooth–it cleans the entire crown sides!!- COST. I’ve sued $50 vibrating Pulse brushes. What a waste of money that was. This, on the other hand, I purchased in the $20 dollar range. I liked it so much that I bought new sets of this brush for my family. And they all agree and use only this kind.- Long-lasting brushes. I don’t know if this is because of the way I use the toothbrush, but the brushes have not worn down. Typically, brushes bend or curve with usage. But, every one of the hairlines on my brush is… erected strong and straight.You will not go wrong with this brush. It’s worth more than what I’ve paid for.

The ergonomics of this brush is not good, it is too straight, hard to use. It is not easy to brush the inner side of the teeth. I threw this brush into garbage. And this is the second time I bought an Oral-B and can’t really use it. I had an Oral-B brush, which has been good for many years, and now, it is very old, battery is out, so I need a new one. I am disappointed with this new order.
