If you want good sleep get Relaxium!
My husband and I use Relaxuim Sleep Quick every night. I canât believe how much itâs helped us sleep. Before Relaxium I was lucky to get three hours of sleep, maybe because of menopause, Iâd have to go upstairs in the middle of the night and read to get to sleep, but itâs so great to be able to get a good nightâs sleep now. We never want to be without it.

I had to give it a star because it won’t let me write the review. Don’t waste your money on this, it doesn’t make you sleep and you will wake up exhausted. Is a complete scam.

They dissolve in your mouth. Great for my husband who has false teeth and takes them out before going to bed. I use melatonin gummies, but he can’t chew the gummies once he has his teeth out. These work great for him.
