I get buzzed on only a small cup of regular coffee which is NOT a pleasant experience. years ago I was using Guarana and worked great for (light lift) of energy and focus so was looking for something similar and I found this. This checks all the boxes for me. On 1 cap light lift of mood, helps me focus and keeps me on track I take it when I get up and again in afternoon 2-3pm when needed.I’m chemically sensitive and my body has NO complaints. Recommend highly!

This was my third bottle of Energy And Focus. The product works very well, and I have used it as my pre-workout, or for the days that I get in a slump while working from home. Iâm not sure if I had a bad batch, but my third bottle made me break out, and I felt weird after taking it, this is why I did not give 5 stars. Otherwise I would have.

Good, Sustained Energy That Works Better Than Others on the Market
I have never had good luck with Ginseng. I’ve relied over the years on increasing my caffeine dosages. It got to a point where caffeine in any form wasn’t giving me the energy boost I had been accustomed to. I knew at that point I needed to change course and try something different.I had read reviews about this supplement and looked into the ingredients. I will say that I am not a fan of proprietary blends. That said, the types of ingredients and then the “oxygen” blend was very appealing to me. It was a combination that was unique and one I had not even come close to trying in any combined form in the past. Best of all, it worked well for me.If you’re looking to gain energy and focus naturally, this is a formula you need to try. It’s a unique mix of ingredients that work together to give me the energy, focus, and motivation I need to get through my day. I highly recommend this energy and focus supplement.

Energy and focus
I have been taking this product, off and on, for many years maybe 30 + years. ( I am now 70 +) I picked up my first bottle in the grocery store and was pleasantly surprised with how good I felt when I took it. I had more energy and and focus, I just felt good. I don’t take it every day but find when I do, I definitely feel the difference. It does not make me jittery and I have not noticed any side effects over the years. It still works and I recommend this product to anyone who needs a little lift.
