Comfortable and Effective Heated Eye Mask, But Lacks Instructions
I recently purchased the TOPOINT Heated Eye Mask 2-Pack, and overall, I am very satisfied with this product. These eye masks have been a great help in relieving my eye fatigue and treating dry eyes.The masks are very easy to use, but I was disappointed that they came with no directions in the pack. After some trial and error, I found a method that works well for me: I take the seed sack out of the cover, wet it, and then place it in the microwave for about a minute, and then put it back in the cover before using it. This process is simple enough, but having instructions included would have been helpful.Once heated, the masks stay warm for several minutes, providing consistent and soothing moist heat to my eyes. The warmth is very comforting and helps alleviate any discomfort I have been experiencing. The masks themselves are comfortable to wear and the weighted design ensures they stay in place during use.The quality of the materials is excellent, and the masks feel durable. I appreciate that they come in a pack of two, allowing me to alternate between them if needed.Despite the lack of included instructions, I highly recommend the TOPOINT Heated Eye Mask for anyone looking to relieve eye fatigue, dryness, or styes. I love this! Minimized dry eye struggle.
I moved to the desert and have been really struggling with dry eye and MGD. My ophthalmologist recommended warm compresses but it was hard for me to keep up with it because it was inconvenient holding wet towels, rice bags, etc up to my eyes. So I searched for a product specifically meant for eyes, and found this! Itâs super convenient and something I actually look forward to using.Pros:-Alleviates dry eye/MGD symptoms-Relaxing-Great price for the product youâre receiving-Comes with 2 masks!! (I take one to work and use one at home)-Super soft fabric that labels which seed is in each mask-Thereâs a slit in the fabric so you can remove the seed pouch to microwave without the cover (I was worried about the fabric burning or worried about it smelling/getting dirty) and you can easily wash the mask without ruining the contents inside-head strap is adjustable-fabric is thick enough so that if youâre wearing for relaxation, light doesnât seep through-design doesnât have the seeds directly over your eyes so thereâs no pressure covering your eyeballs-cover does not melt/burn in microwave, unlike other products I sawCons:-one of my masks was sewn awkwardly so the eye holes are uneven-the cassia seeds are smaller than the flax seeds. They should have added more cassia seeds because I feel like they donât stay in place on the mask.-although the elastic head strap is adjustable, sometimes it can feel uncomfortable by the ears.-the eye holes are quite large so most of the mask is on your brow and cheekbones and not even on the eyelid. What I do is I massage the seeds around to try and get the heat closer to my eyeOverall Iâm very happy with this product. Itâs made warm compresses a pleasure and something I look forward to doing.

Relaxing and nice feeling but not helpful with dry eyes
This product overall is great. I considered keeping as something just to have on hand for travels, relaxation and a soothing product. But overall it didnât help with what I was looking for. I purchased this product with the intent to help with my dry eye issue and maybe I didnât use it enough times to notice a difference but no results came with the intentional purchase. This product is very nice and I like that itâs filled with a natural source and it does sooth and provide a relaxing feel which I love. The heat doesnât last very long, probably 10-15 minutes I think at most. So other than the promotion for dry eyes, it is a very nice buy! Might repurchase for future for traveling but just not needed for me right now

Very pleased with this product
I have a rare genetic eye condition and essentially I don’t have much of an eyelid on either eye so they are very prone to dryness and after time this dryness has affected my vision. My corneal specialist recommended I use an eye mask for 10 minutes a day as part of my treatment to aid in reducing the dryness in my eyes.. I chose this product because the covers were washable and for the price compared to others, I got two masks instead of one. I received the product yesterday and used the black mask last night. Apparently there is supposed to be a difference between the two but I have only used one so far. First thing I noticed was the velvety material which is very soft and feels good against my skin. The weight is significant but not too heavy. It seems to serve to get the moist heat emitted from the mask close to my eyes where it is needed. There is a slight smell but it is not unpleasant at all. I microwaved the mask for 40 seconds then used the mask for 8 minutes and it kept the warmth the whole time. I do sleep with an eye mask at night and was pleasantly surprised to discover this mask can also be used when sleeping. I imagine, as long as the weight vs a regular eye mask isn’t an issue, that this warm mask used at night will be quite soothing to fall asleep with so I will try that tonight. Good product for the price, pleased with the purchase.

Good mask but I wish the heat lasted longer
I have dry eyes and need to use a heated mask. I bought this mask along with a rechargeable one and a plug in one. This mask heats up in the microwave for 60 seconds and then you have to shove it into the outer mask part. The temperature immediately begins to fall and the heat only lasts about 15 minutes which I guess is average but I wanted something that lasted longer. I want to use it throughout the night if needed and I definitely do not want to get up in the middle of the night to warm it in the microwave. The outer mask is soft and the mask fits well.
