Works great, improved design
I bought one of these Amope foot files years ago, and when it finally stopped working (the batteries corroded), I bought this replacement. The new design is great. The handle is longer and slimmer, making it easier to grip. the battery compartment is waterproof, so I’m thinking the batteries will be less likely to rust or corrode. I also like that it came with a coarse crystal head. It worked quickly and easily and my feet were much softer after one use.

I love this thing! Iâve used it once and the one time made my feet smoother than theyâve been in quite some time and it was the best thing I needed to help me feel like Iâm taking care of myself. I also donât like people touching my feet so being able to use this at home before showering is perfect for me. This was well worth the money and the spare head replacements arenât a bad price either.

Works well doesn’t last forever
This will be my second Amope Pedi callous remover. Had the dark pink body version purchased from a physical store for about three years. One day it just quit and it wasn’t a battery issue. So that appears to be the lifetime of the device but it really works well especially for the price which is cheaper than when I bought it three years ago!I find that it works well on rough areas of your heel and anywhere else a callous can form on your feet. The sander attachment is easily replaceable and the generic versions work just as well as the Amope brand. In fact the attachment in this package wasn’t as high quality as generic versions. The white rough crystals were not consistently applied to surface of the grinder with many areas just black.I actually removed it and used a generic grinder. Great product and reasonable price!

works beautifully. I had a rechargeable for many years and it sadly won’t take a charge anymore, so I opted for the battery operated. I found it to be as good as the rechargeable. I really recommend this product, you won’t be disappointed.

Easy to use
Effective and easy to use. The design is simple and efficient. I noted it works best on dry not soaked skin. Other comments noting u canât put much pressure is true but you donât need a lot of pressure and putting to much pressure could cause injury. It takes a lot of the âelbow greaseâ from regular foot filling out! Good investment.

If you’re a regular pumice stone user, the results aren’t so impressive
As someone who uses a pumice stone on my feet every time I shower, my feet don’t usually end up dry/scaly/cracking. But after a couple of weeks of hiking and camping, my feet were looking the worse for wear, so I thought I’d try this Amope electric option to see if I could get the same quick and baby-soft results most reviewers reported. So I was surprised that it didn’t do as good a job as my inexpensive Mr. Pumice callus remover/foot smoother. The Amope tool also took longer to use, was way messier (I took one reviewer’s suggestion to use sitting on the edge of a bathtub with my feet over the tub, and I’m glad I did), and took longer to clean (had to clean with an old toothbrush to remove dry skin particles that clogged up the roller).I did find that the Amope roller works better on dry feet, though it’s meant to be used on wet or dry feet. The first time I used it, my feet were dry, but I’d just got out of the shower. The second time, I used it on dry feet before showering, and I’ll admit it did a better job, but not enough to say it’s superior to a regular, low-tech, low-cost pumice stone. That said, I think this tool might be more effective and easier to use if it were just a flat disk that rotated, instead of a roller.

I have purchased 3 of these so far, one for myself and others for family members.I had used others but they don’t have the speed this one has or they don’t have the wide grinder.My brother suffers from diabetes and had confined in me that his feed had gotten so bad he can hardly walk without paid.With the first hour of him getting this he called me and said OMG My feet are so soft. They have not been this soft since I was a baby lol.He stated he really thought this was going to be a long process and never could imagine the results he got and so fast. He is now so thankful that he told me and wished he would of gotten this machine years ago as he wasso embarrassed of him feet he never took his socks off.You can buy cheaper ones and I have but this one gets the job done and you get what you pay for. Everyone I have purchased this for still uses it and has thanked me for getting it.the grinding stones are easy to replace and easy to find on Amazon as well for a lot less then in the stores.

Thanks to that device, I’m keeping my feet smooth with little effort – it works out the hardened skill pretty well. The box was opened when it arrived and was – I believe not perfectly hygienic, and I applied for refund – but after cleaning, the product works well without any complaints.
