Great hydration, helps prevent leg cramps
I bought these for my husband who was working in extreme heat during the summer. He had been getting a lot of leg craps at night due to being dehydrated. He doesn’t like the packets of hydration mixes that you add to water bottles because they tend to taste salty or clump. He said this drink tasted good and it helped him tremendously.
