These disposable tongue scrapers are made out of some type of compressed paper. The scrapers themselves work decently, although the corners are a bit sharp so I dont apply to much pressure when using these. I keep a few now in the office, car, and for travel.

Rough but gets the job done
It was ok. It got the job done in scraping my tongue, but Iâm going to stick to my other bristle tongue scrapper. It is rough made from recycled paper, which is cool, but it left my tongue feeling raw. It is also small and the sides are narrow so it feels like theyâre pinching my tongue and that did not feel good. I can still feel the pinch sensation in my mouth. It is quite sturdy that even getting it wet with saliva and rinsing it numerous times with water does not make it floppy or weak. I still have to apply pressure to bend it. Overall, I will bring and use these on vacation only since theyâre disposable one time use but not on my daily usages.
