    Very good and tasty
    Not only do they help with hair, skin, and nails but they aren’t horrible tasting and doesn’t leave a chalky aftertaste. Easy to swallow and great value for the money as well. The product quality is amazing and light. It has other great vitamins as well as biotin.

    Yummy tasting gummy vitamins for hair, skin and nails.
    I decided to buy these when I noticed my hair was getting thinner. I’ve always trusted Nature’s Bounty vitamins. The vitamins are of excellent quality and they taste yummy too. There are no horrible aftertastes. The gummies are about gumdrop size. Easy to chew and swallow. There is not any off putting odors . That being said… I’ve noticed my hair is thickening again . It’s not only helped my hair, but my nails, as well. I used to have brittle nails that would not grow out very fast. After taking a few weeks of these gummies my nails now are stronger and grow wonderfully! I would definitely recommend these gummy vitamins. Not only do they work, but taste great too!

    Easy to chew
    I love these gummies, normally I would get the pills but lately I’ve gotten lazy, so I keep these on my nightstand. They taste good, smell alright, they seem to work for me. I would say they are of good quality, however don’t leave them in your car they will melt and be extremely sticky.
    They do have alot of sugar as they are a gummy so don’t take them if you fast, or have sugar issues .

    Very Best supplement EVER
    I really cannot write enough good things about this product. I bought this in June 2024 for the very first time. As I’ve aged, I’ve found that my hair and nails are aging too. But my nails, have really, really struggled. I have literally tried many different supplements all made with biotin and at different strengths and NOT A SINGLE ONE worked. Nothing, Nada. My nails were just breaking, chipping, ripping – you name it. I had to ensure that I always had some kind of nail polish to try and shield them somewhat from breaking and even that didn’t help. I finally happened to read an article (not an ad) that compared the top 5 supplements for hair, skin & nails. The #1 item on the list was extremely pricey and way above my budget. But this product was the #2 on the list and had high recommendations and was considerably more affordable. So I thought I would give it a try. And after using if for 3 months, I FINALLY have hit on a product that lives up to its hype!!! OMG!!! I seriously cannot get over how absolutely great this product is. My nails have done a complete 180. They have grown out without breaking, chipping, ripping – none of what I was experiencing beforehand. And they are strong and hard! I can actually go many days without any polish on them and they STILL hold up without breaking or chipping. I have to be honest here, I have not run across any other product for ANYTHING that has impressed me this much. I have since purchased this 3 more times and even got my daughter a bottle so she can try it out. I will continue to take this for as long as it’s on the market. It’s the one and only thing that has actually worked for my nails. My hair looks better too. But I was mostly interested in it for my nails and I just love, love, love this product. If you get it, it won’t be an overnight fix….you’ll need to be on this for a couple of months before you really notice the difference. But hang in there, you’ll be amazed at the results. So of course…I HIGHLY RECOMMEND.
