Didnât Work
This product was recommended to me as a surefire way to combat my insomnia. It simply didnât work. Two hours after taking the prescribed dose, I still didnât feel sleepy. When I finally did get to sleep, I awakened about three hours later and was awake for 2 to 3 hours. So disappointed. I had high expectations.

This Stuff Actually Works!
I have tried numerous sleep aids, OTC and prescription and nothing has worked. I looked on Amazon for what customers found to be the most effective sleep aid. When I take a sleep aid, I am looking to become tired fairly quickly to the point I can no longer keep my eyes open when watching TV or reading. The next goal is for me to be able to wake up refreshed and ready to go the next morning. Every sleep aid I’ve tried might make me tired enough to want to go to sleep, but when I wake up in the morning, I feel groggy and sluggish and can’t seem to get going. The first time I tried these gummies I was blown away. I felt so tired after about 20-30 minutes after taking two gummies, I had to close my eyes and go to sleep. Here’s the best part for me; I woke up the next morning, without an alarm, and felt awesome! I got right up and was ready to get going. I am so impressed by how well these gummies meet my sleep/wake-up goals. I have been taking the gummies every night for just over a week and plan to continue. I was quick to recommend this to a friend going through the same issues. He too was very pleased with the results. I strongly recommend anyone having issues with falling asleep or waking up groggy and sluggish to give this a try.

I bought these, because they worked for someone else.I was hopeful, but I still was awake by 2 or 3.Taste wasnât bad. But just didnât do the trick for me.

Didn’t get a restful sleep
I’ve been searching for the right sleep aid without melatonin. I drink sleepy time and have taken Magnesium Glycinate 400 – 600 mg, which makes me sleepy without any unwanted feeling. So when I saw the ingredients of this product, I thought this would give me a restful sleep (a combo of Sleepy Time tea with Magnesium Glycinate.) Was I wrong! I initially took 1, and within 30min, I felt drowsy. Then I started feeling nauseated, the kind of feeling I got when I took CBD with THC. Very unsettling, and I couldn’t get a good rest. I wanted to return this item, but it’s non-refundable :/ I’m not sure which ingredient made me feel this way, but unless you are a regular user of anything with THC content, I don’t recommend this product. Believe me, I have tried SO many products, but this was one of the worst.
