Stronger nails, luscious hair, glowing skin!
These are excellent! As a person who has a myriad of auto-immune disorders, as well as the MTHFR genetic mutation, I appreciate these vitamins a lot. They are for your hair, skin and nails. I have only taken them for a matter of days and the results are showing clearly with my fingernails already. They taste great! This is also a two-month supply so I would consider them budget-friendly. There are tons of vitamins flooding the market for hair, skin and nails currently. I will continue to trust Mary Ruthâs brand of supplements with my health and I think you should, too. I am writing this strictly from my own experience.

Update after finishing my first bottle: it freaking works! Just before I started taking these I buzzed my hair into a cute, punky cut that I loved. These gummies are responsible for me having to go get it buzzed again after 4 weeks! The dude who cuts my hair was genuinely shocked at how fast it had grown. The girl at my usual bagel place commented on how quickly it was growing out when she saw me after I hadn’t been in for a few weeks. My nails were muuuch less brittle too. I just received my second 2 month supply. I did notice a difference from the 1st bottle to 2nd, 1st bottle seemed a little stale and very stuck together (not expired) for whatever reason, 2nd bottle much better. I’m not sure if it’s doing it’s job yet but I heard biotin can take 6 mos or more to start working so I will get another bottle once this is done and see where I am at 6 month mark. They are tasty & easy to eat.

I purchased these because I was having alot of shedding and hair loss as of recent. I took these as directed and finished the whole bottle. While they tasted fine and were easy to take I didn’t notice any change in my hair shedding/loss.
