Iâve been using Move Free Ultra for a while, and my joints feel better. Itâs helped with stiffness, especially in the morning. I like that it supports both cartilage and bones. The only downside is that it takes time to see results. A bigger bottle option would be nice too. Overall, a good supplement!

My neck is fused at c5 to c7. It was done 12 years ago. The last couple of years I have had daily pain. I took over the counter pain relievers, had PT and muscle relaxers for spasms. This stuff has made a huge difference compared to everything else that was done. I have days wirh no pain. My quality of life has significantly changed. It takes about a week to feel the difference. The pills are small and easy to swallow. It is worth trying to see if it helps you. I tried everything. This was a game changer.

I have used other joint support supplements and keep coming back to Move Free. I actually tried a major brand recently and ended up with knee pain that almost stopped me from walking my dog as usual. I like that this is just one small pill a day. I also use collagen in my morning coffee, but I had knee pain even with that and the other major brand. I’ll stick with Move Free in the future.
