Great Product for Sleeping at an Unbeatable Price
I have serious issues with not being able to fall asleep, and have had negative reactions to prescription sleep medication. I’ve done a ton of research into the best over-the-counter options and talked with my doctor as well, and this Kirland product has helped me so much!The main ingredient is Doxylamine, which is used in short-term treatment of insomnia. When looking at over-the-counter sleep aids, you want to read the ingredients carefully. Though they go by many different brand names, the vast majority’s main ingredient is Diphenhydramine (aka Benedryl), just priced much, much higher under the guise of a sleep aid.I find Doxylamine-based products to be much more effective for me personally than diphenhydramine, but they are not made by as many companies. They can also get quite pricy. I spent a couple of hours looking doing a cost comparison across many different stores and websites to find out who makes this product at the best price, and Kirkland via Amazon comes out to be the best deal.The shipping is fast, and the number of tablets lasts a really long time. Highly recommended!

Surprisingly Quick
Before resorting to OTC medications, I try natural remedies, but every so often they fail and I find myself unable to sleep. What sold me on this was the boast that one wakes up without feeling groggy and there is only one small pill as opposed to two large ones.I must say that it worked quickly–I was out within fifteen minutes and stayed asleep for about seven hours, but the little pill is disgusting. (I learned that the hard way. It’s best to down it right away, rather than letting it rest on the tongue for any duration, or with a flavored beverage.)I was groggy upon waking and suffered from a bit of dry mouth and a minor lack of coordination (beyond typical morning grogginess), but these side effects weren’t nearly as bad as with some other OTC sleep aids. I found that these symptoms were lessened if I drank a full bottle (16.9 fl oz) of water with the pill or if I drank the bottle upon waking it would only last for about ten minutes.All in all, for the price and effectiveness, this is a winner.(*The active ingredient in this sleep aid is also an active ingredient used in NyQuil.)

I’m an insomniac, but this works for me
This is one of the few things I’ve taken that actually work for me and help me fall asleep easily and even stay asleep. The nights I don’t take this I run into sleeping issues.I’ve always had trouble sleeping all the way back to childhood. I’m a certifiable insomniac. It’s often challenging for me to fall asleep. Sometimes I can fall asleep, but then once I wake up in the middle of the night, then I just lay there for an hour, maybe two, maybe three. As the clock continues to tick I start to panic that I’ll never fall sleep and my day will be ruined. I’ve tried everything and it may help me fall asleep, but not keep me asleep. This stuff always works for me. If I take this, then it helps me fall asleep and stay asleep. If I don’t take this, then I’m in for a lonnng night of tossing and turning. When I wake up in the morning, there is a slight grogginess that makes me want to continue sleeping, but once I get up, it seems to fade away quickly. I’ll continue to buy this as it helps me.

I take two of these and Iâm out like a light in half an hour, they work every time and extremely well. I recommend them over anything else OTC on the market.

Take with a strong-ish flavored drink cause its that standard yuck pill taste. But works.To add : I took these a lot. Almost daily for a bit and eventually it didnt work as well as it used to. So I stopped taking them daily and only a few times a week and i added melatonin and took that daily with and without kirland sleep aid.These are if you cant shut off. These are not to make your eyes sleepy. Tho it can do that. Its more to relax your body and mind to ease you into sleep.Def get Melatonin. Thats what makes our eyes sleepy.Being tired & being sleepy are not the same.
