Worked after the first shampoo!!!
Iam so happy with this shampoo! It smells strange but my scalp was itching so bad and it was immediately better after the first wash. I left is on my scalp for about 6 minutes and rinsed it out. I use it 2x/week and let it sit on my scalp for a bit. I have not had any psoriasis rashes since!!!

Just like Neutrogena Tgel
This product saved my scalp. Since I was 8 i had used Neutrogena tgel, stubborn itch then just regular until they discontinued it. Every alternative I searched for was trash, and I itched. Oh boy I itched for months.I tried Neutrogenas new scalp stuff, trash. I tried teatree, it worked a bit but not for long. I’ve bought $32 charcoal and menthol treatments from Ulta, they worked a bit, but again not for long.I have long thiccccc hair, and none of that crap worked. I was almost ready to spend the 200 scalpers wanted for the real tgel.Then Amazon saved my scalp. Finally.One shower with this stuff ended months of itching, two minutes on my scalp with a quarter sized blob from this $12 bottle and it was all gone. No more pain, no more flakes.Sure the smell is worse, and kinda gross. Get some good leave in conditioner. Because if you’re like me, this is a necessity.
