Oh how I adore thee, Rescue Remedy
I love rescue remedy! I use the pastilles to help me relax and as a sleep aid every night. Black currant is my favorite flavor. My elderly mom also loves these for some much needed chill factor and her favorite is the orange and elder flower. The lemon ones are quite tart. I only wish they sold them in larger quantities, but I try to catch them on sale and stock up. The ingredients are super clean. I mean, of course, they’re made in Europe, so they don’t have all the junk that US products do. I love the handy and environmentally conscious tin design, which also has many uses after you’ve finished the tasty pastilles. The tin size can also fit in your pocket, for on the go calmness- traveling long flights, etc.. Depending on their freshness, the pastilles can be a bit harder if older or left exposed to air, and if they are very fresh, they more tender. If you try to chew on them instead of sucking on them, they will get stuck in your teeth, so you’ve been warned. But sometimes I can’t help myself because they’re quite tasty. 🙂 Highly recommend these for a natural sleep aid that is also beneficial for nervous system support. While I wouldn’t consider this an inexpensive item, I do think that they are a good value, because the ingredients are quality and they really work. I have been using these for a long time and they continue to work, night after night.

Although they are somewhat tasteless, and I wish they were twice the size, they are exactly the soft texture I was looking for. They dissolve easily, not too quickly, and are soothing. I would buy them again if my favored lozenges were not available. They arrived the next day, and they were priced reasonably. Additionally, the tin they come in is a keeper for the unique way it opens and closes. Happy I bought them.

Pros: Exotic has a very calming waxy taste because of the Arabic gum which will also cure tummy aches. Black currant has been outlawed but slowly coming back.Cons: Slightly expensive takes awhile to get it I feel like just ordering it makes me a snob. I guarantee you if it was not for Amazon a poor guy like me would not ever buy this. I am American dangit we have Rainbow Sherbet Icecream and Apple Pie.Other Thoughts;After having a British lady friend/sister let me taste black currant halls I was hooked. Also read a very lengthy article about how this was an invasive species and how it killed pine trees with a fungus so it has been banned for over a hundred of years in the US. Black Currant over there is like Cherry flavor here it is very common.

I always have this in my bag and at home in times I suffer from anxiety, even during plane travels.I am a traveller but didn’t get to travel for 4 years and now that I took my 1st flight again, I noticed I was having anxiety attacks. In the UK though, it is available in pharmacies such as BootsI highly recommend you trying this out if you’re like me suffering from anxiety whether from flying, stressed and overwhelmed from work or being nervous during interviews.Try it and check if it works for you because from my experience and my husband, it really works well.Hope my review helps.
