Zyquil has good products for the money.
I like these because they have everything in them such as valerian root and ashwaganda and the optimal amount of melatonin. They work as well or better than any other natural sleep supplement I’ve taken, including some that are a lot more expensive. They have a weird smell but that’s OK with me if they help me wind down and sleep. My only complaint is the sugar, wish there was a sugar free version and having trouble finding the tablets.

I admit it, gummies are just fun. These are very soft and easy to chew, taste great, and work well within 30-60 minutes. Finally, a full night of sleep ( well, 6-7-hours) instead of only 3 then tossing and turning. Very happy that there is no next morning grogginess or brain fog. Get up and go! Thanks PureZzzzz. 2 gummies do the trick.

1st time I had it I was like “this taste….odd? Bearable but odd?” 2nd time I was like “it’s actually pretty good” 3rd time onwards it’s been between pretty good and tasty ahhahaso does it taste good? It’s enjoyable after a couple tries.Does it work? Oh hell yes 100% I take one if I don’t want a strong knockout but if I wanna sleeeep sleep, I take 2. I don’t feel drowsy waking up when I take 1 and when I take 2 I’m sliiiiightly drowsy upon waking up but it wears off within like 5 minutes.5/5 in my books ðDefinitely buying it again !

This is one of my most favorite sleep aids that I have purchased. They help you fall asleep after about 30 minutes. The best part is, you don’t wake up groggy or with a sleep aid “hangover”. As long as you take them early enough to get the recommended hours of sleep, you wake up fully refreshed.

Not as effective as I had hoped-
Iâve found that sometimes these gummies knock me out and other times, they just leave me feeling relaxed but not sleepy. Itâs a strange feeling that leaves you feeling like your body is relaxed but your mind is awake. Other times theyâve made me fall asleep easily and do help keep me asleep, so it really is a hit or miss.These also have a tendency of dehydrating me, and also giving me minor bouts of anxiety, whether it be when I wake up or throughout the day. My heart rate almost always gets accelerated when I wake up after taking these, and my body temp is usually a little higher. Iâve taken these on and off for about 9 months now and most of the time, they leave me feeling groggy unfortunately.This could be helpful for minor insomnia, but if you need something stronger that knocks you out and doesnât leave you in that in between of being awake and asleep, this just isnât it
