    Helps Me Sleep Without Grogginess
    These actually really help me fall asleep, and without making me groggy in the morning. They’re very pleasant and have a light flavor that I enjoy a lot. The texture is interesting; I like it though :). This is the only thing that works for me other than CBN. And CBN makes me way too groggy the next morning; so I’ll be sticking with these for a while!

    LOVE these!!!!
    These are SO, SO great for anxiety! 3 chews is my magic number. Also works really great for my husband. He didn’t believe it until one day he was super anxious & I grabbed 3 & made him take them. Now he tells me when we’re running low! Haha!Also we absolutely love this flavor.

    I take every night for faster sleep.
    I like these before bed. I fall asleep faster. They taste nice, especially after brushing my teeth. Lemon flavor is good too, but not after toothpaste.

    Yummy flavor.. but not sure of the effect.
    I would most definitely rate this product 4 out of 5 stars. The texture of the pastille is a bit “tough” as expected but, usually I’ll just suck on it as I wouldnt recommend biting into it at all, lol. I purchased the product with hope that it would ease my anxiety. I am not entirely sure if it helped with that or not but I will say, I believe it has more of a calming, sleepiness effect. I will say, the container did come damaged so I ended up moving it into a plastic bag which was fine and kept it fresh but thats my only big qualm. You just pop one in your mouth and within 10-15 minutes, I felt that my body was calmer. The cranberry flavor was slightly tart but very good and light.

    Kind of meh.
    Didn’t really help reduce stress for me, and their taste was a little odd in their cranberry and an odd texture as you sucked on them. Suppose it works for those who it works for, but that wasn’t me.

    Doesn’t taste like cranberry… There’s no really any distinctive flavour. Texture and appearance is good…. Lid is a little hard to get off..Not sure if they work but they’re worth a try
