These electrolyte tablets have quickly become an essential part of my day.Balanced Electrolytes: ★★★★★As a scientist, I completely back the ingredients list. They have a well-balanced blend of essential electrolytes like sodium, potassium, and magnesium, that help prevent muscle cramps and other dehydration-associated symptoms. I drank this while hiking a dormant volcano with friends and was shocked that I was the only person who didn’t feel the effects of dehydration- and we all drank the same amount of liquids by the end! On any given day though, they make a huge difference in keeping me hydrated- as in I don’t have to urinate more often even when I drink a whole water bottle of this because the water is retained and used by my body to balance the water content in my cells before exiting my system.Natural Flavor: ★★★★★They contain no artificial colors, flavors, or sweeteners! Unlike some other electrolyte products on the market that taste overly artificial or overly sweet, these tablets deliver a pleasantly subtle and true-to-nature flavor. It’s a real game-changer for those of us who prefer a more natural taste without intense sweetness. I have to say, one of the first things that caught my attention was the fizz when the tablet is dropped into water. It’s like a mini celebration in my water bottle! The effervescence doesn’t remain, which I also like, since I’m not big on carbonation. But seriously, the flavors are all REALLY good- I’ve tried most of them at this point and there is not one that I refuse to drink.Convenience on the Go: ★★★★★These tablets are a godsend for someone who is constantly on the move. They come in a convenient tube that easily fits in a gym bag or a backpack. Whether I’m hiking, at the gym, or traveling, I can always count on having access to a quick and effective hydration solution. Pro tip: the tubes can be rinsed and used for other things! I like to hide some cash in them when I am traveling in case of pick-pockets, etc. Who would think to look for cash in a tube like that right?Conclusion: I can confidently say that these electrolyte tablets have earned a permanent spot in my daily routine. They are a tasty and effective way to stay properly hydrated and replenish lost electrolytes without any artificial additives or excessive sweetness. If you’re an active person looking for a natural and convenient hydration solution, I highly recommend these tablets. They taste great and they work wonders for keeping me hydrated and feeling my best!

Flavorful and Works Wonders!
The flavor is extremely tasty! It helped bounce me back from being sick much quicker than normal. I also drink these when I have low energy or have drank the night before. Definitely worth the $$!!

Subtle but flavor-forward!
Nuun tablets are all pretty similar in that you drop it into (ideally, cool) water, it fizzes, and then completely dissolves.Some flavors can be very bold and overwhelming at times (like tri-berry). Others, like this mixed citrus pack (and also their lime flavor) are subtle and don’t get in the way of you enjoying the drink. Sometimes, you just don’t want a fruit explosion in your mouth!These lemon and orange flavors are not overly bold but still pack plenty of flavor. They came well packaged and not expired (or close to it).Nuun tablets, in my opinion, are very sensitive to expiration dates. This means that they loose their fizz strength, flavor (a little bit), but most importantly, take a lot longer to dissolve. You always want fresh tablets! I’ve used expired tablets (well past their dates) on many occasions, but always prefer fresh ones.The only Nuun tablets I have not tried yet is their energy ones with caffeine so I can’t provide a comparison there.

Experience and quality depend on the particular flavor
The wild strawberry flavor is really good, as was my previous experience with the black cherry and lemon/lime. However, the flavor of the raspberry Lemonade tastes like neither raspberry nor lemonade, but just sour. The other issue with this specific flavor is that this particular flavor of the product has relatively large chunks of white, powdery magnesium which do not dissolve no matter how much you stir. I called the company, they are well aware of this issue, and have no plans to change this. Told me to follow up with Amazon for a replacement (no returns on food with Amazon – not helpful) because it’s how they make it. Nevermind that if this was the first flavor I tried I would never buy anything Nuun again.
