It helps me sleep. Take late enough so you go right to bed. Distraction makes it harder to sleep.
I like the product because it helps me sleep without waking up in the middle of the night. Take when you are ready to turn off the light to go to sleep.

My favourite sleep aid when I need it. I travel internationally for work all the time and I never leave with out this In my bag now. 8+hr flight? Unisom. Jetlag and can’t sleep in hotel? Unisom. For me it’s very effective, and doesn’t leave me groggy the next morning like zzzquil or some others I’ve tried.

Only thing that helps my insomnia
I struggle to go to sleep at night because of the normal stresses of the world and these work very fast and help me sleep through the night and actually feel rested. I never feel groggy in the morning which is a plus. I feel groggy taking a lot of other sleep products like melatonin and they don’t help me STAY asleep like these do.
