Life saver!
Iâve been having a problem with chronic dehydration. I have to say that when I use this, I donât have problems with my muscles, etc., when it happens. I ended up going to the doctor one day and he checked all of my levels and everything came back fine even though they hadnât just a week before. I asked him if he thought it could be because of this product and he said it was very possible. He even took down the name of it! I do have to say two small negative things about it even though itâs not enough to take off a star. I think that it leaked out a little bit because it felt a little gritty on the outside. And as far as itâs saying that thereâs no flavor, not true! Itâs definitely salty. But if you have issues like me, itâs something you just need to put up with.

Canât taste it at all
I live in a county that has âvery hard waterâ according to google and I also use a Brita filter for all my water. I have a 32oz metal water bottle and I put the recommended amount of drops for a 32oz cup per the directions annd this product is AMAZING. I canât taste a difference whatsoever. Iâve read some reviews on how they can tell itâs different but I genuinely canât. I really can not stand artificially or naturally flavored powders, mix ins etc. I only ever drink water and an iced Chai from Starbucks so I can really tell when something is off. I thought I was going crazy so I tried a single drop of this stuff by itself and it tasted like the freaking ocean! So I know Iâm not crazy, because the drop by itself packs a punch. This is only day one of me using it but I really like it!

This is a fantastic electrolyte solution! Putting it in my water, at most, makes it taste like mineral water. I like the fact that I can easily carry this in my purse for my daily electrolyte needs.

Integral to OMAD/IF
I’ve been doing intermittent fasting and OMAD for awhile. When I first started I would drink a lot of plain water on an empty stomach. After a short while, no matter how much water I would drink I would still be thirsty/dry mouth. What I was missing was electrolytes. Now I add a few drops of the Hi-Lyte to my beverages (even coffee) and it replaces the electrolytes I was lacking. I’ve bought these a few times now, and I couldn’t do without them.

THE TASTEâ¦
First off, Iâve not been able to test the effectiveness of this yet while working in hot weather or anything. Purchased this as Iâve frequently leached myself of electrolytes from drinking tons of water in the heat, causing the day to end in a massive piercing headaches that last for hours.But I have tried it in passing and the one thing to be known is the taste. Itâs very similar to drinking soft water, mineral water, or water with faint salty flavor (and it would considering the minerals it has in it).However, even so, I prefer this to other electrolyte drinks as thereâs no sugar, additional unnecessary ingredients, or offensive flavors. I think itâs something one could get used to unless you despise mineral water. If itâs an issue, one could also defuse some fruit in the water to help mask the mineral taste.Only downside is that it has far less electrolyte and mineral quantities than other brands like Dr. Berg. But thereâs probably no way to duplicate the high amounts of electrolytes/minerals without a major salty/mineral taste and some sort of added flavoring to mask that.

Worst product ever!!
First of all, you get a very small amount⦠However, I wouldâve been OK with that if it tasted good. This taste like youâre just drinking table salt! Do yourself a favor and never order this product! So many better tasting ones out there! GROSS!! I never write bad reviews⦠And I would never have written one for this either however, you cannot return or get a refund for it. Save your money and order better ones or go to a store where you can return.
