I call it miracle water. Very effective in removing make-up with no rubbing or scrubbing. Just put it on a cotton ball or cotton round and softly rub skin. Make-up comes off quickly. Leaves skin feeling smooth and refreshed. No stinging or chemical smell. Love it.
