BEST TEA TO REDUCE BLOAT
I first saw this product on the shelf at a store and decided to buy it. I was interested in trying one of them for a while because I do struggle with bloating especially around the time of the month in addition to overall dietary changes. You can drink this tea every other night because it is stronger on the tummy, and dependent on how you feel and if you are ok with the effects of it. It does not taste bad and has overall a green tea/ detox flavor as I have tried teas from other brands on the market and they have similar aftertaste. It is easy to stomach and the results of drinking it are noticeable the next day. It cleans you out and helps with bowel movements for sure. Usually I keep it around if I am backed up occasionally or want to reduce a lot of bloat before an event or something. This is my favorite brand and I love that it is women-owned. I will always be your biggest supporter!

Iâve used it for just a week and a half now. And i see improving my skin and lost 5pounds so far. Drinking lots of water. So my stomach doesnât hurt as much the next day. Iâm thinking Iâve buying again. The herb smell is strong but relaxing to me. I love it.

Great idea
This is my honest review, I didn’t sign up for any free drinks, perks or anything. I got this tea because I wanted something quick and easy to help with my bloating. I’ll say, Yes this definitely helps me with my bloating. Its easy to follow. I drink it every other night before I go to bed. The smell of the tea is not really pleasant, that’s just my opinion. I prefer oulong tea, green tea or roast rice tea fragrance. But the taste is not bad, it tastes better than how it smells. Its easy to drink. Within 12 hours later, by noon, I start going to the bathroom. And the runs are pretty quick and easy to handle. I find that really helpful. I’ve had some diet teas before and the effects are Painful. This one is easy go, which I really like. I feel light all day too. As for weight loss, I do weekly cardio Jazzercise class 2x a week. I do moderate 1 mile walk everyday and eat in moderation. I’m short at 4’11 with a heavier figure. I lost just “almost” 2 lbs in one month. Ehh. No big deal, again I’m no hard-core gym freak with a strict diet restriction. So far, if you want something to help detox your body and stop the bloating, yes give this a try.

I started taking this soon as my order arrived. At first didnât like the taste, but soon I begin to enjoy driving it. Tasted good. And this sure works for me. Gives me more energy & comfort.

Inconsistent
I got these teas based on reviews as I have been experimenting bloating over the last 2 months. Started 8 days ago and I found the teas inconsistent. So once I drink a tea the night before, the next day I would have a few passes. However, on the nights I donât drink the teas (skip 1 night as recommended) the next day I have severe bloating. Not sure if itâs my system but itâs not as I expected. But you may have better results, so go ahead and try. Flavor is good though.

UPDATED review⦠I wanted a tea that would help with my dieting. This definitely was the tea for me. I ordered both the day and evening tea.The day tea helps tremendously with curving my appetite. If Iâm feeling a little hungry I have my tea and it hold me out for a little longer.The evening tea is great because in the morning it helps with my digestion. I feel way less bloated.Hereâs the BUT, Iâve ordered the evening tea a few times now. I noticed in 2 packages the evening tea had the daytime tea pouches instead.I can tell a difference! Not sure if this was done by mistake but 2 different orders? I am a little upset about this.
