The Rebecca Review –
A Good Choice for Making Up Your Own Hair Spray Products!
I am battling lice and I could be spending more except I have several essential oils that I can blend together to make my own hair spray repel products. This oil is a good choice since it is by a brand I trust completely! A few drops are all you need. Whether making your own products or using this for aromatherapy I think you will be happy with this rosemary oil.~The Rebecca Review

Thick is good – not bad
I have tested 10 brands of Vetiver and this is my current favorite. Good vetiver is as thick as molasses. If it’s thinner it isn’t as good. To dispense it you can use an eyedropper to replace the inner dropper, or use the eye dropper to suck it from the inner dropper. This oil is hard to mix with water, too. I premix it with warm water or other oils. The scent is smokey and earthy – much like a peat fire or the taste of Scotch (which comes from the peat fire used to roast the barley). I like the scent enough that I use it alone, but it is usually added to blends as a base note and in a ratio lower than other oils. As an example I use 9 drops of Sandalwood and 1 drop of vetiver in a waterless diffuser. My wife doesn’t like the scent of Vetiver and isn’t a huge fan of Sandalwood, but she loves this combination. I also make a hand soap I love with 1 Cup Evolved by Nature hand soap, 80 drops Uh-Roh-Muh Sandalwood and 10 drops VSA Vetiver. The other Vetiver to try is SVA – from Haiti.

The real stuff!!
I used YL Vetiver for years. I o ly wish I tried Aura’s sooner, as one cannot tell the difference in both rich texture and fragrance. Aura’s price is amazing. Highly recommend.

Radiant Rosemary
I have used this quality product (purchased elsewhere) and am very happy with it. To me, rosemary has a wonderful aroma and is reported by herbalists to have multiple benefits.

This is the real stuff
I’m a little obsessed with Vetiver. I have 4 different colognes that feature vetiver. I’ve purchased several different “brands” of vetiver essential oils. And I’ve finally decided to plant some vetiver on my property so I can eventually try my hand at distilling my own oil. Of all the essential oils I’ve tried, this one is the best. This is the real stuff. Is it a little pungent? YES. It’s supposed to be. Is it a little too thick to come out of the bottle as compared to other essential oils. YES. That happens. It’s not a sign of something wrong with this product. It’s the opposite. It’s an indication that this manufacturer is not cutting any corners or diluting their product. If you want real vetiver essential oil, you’ve found it. If you want something that doesn’t smell quite like vetiver or that’s thinner for ease of use, there are lots of fake products out there, but this one isn’t among them. As a person low-key obsessed with vetiver, I HIGHLY RECOMMEND this product.I ordered a second bottle and got Vanilla instead of Vetiver. Came in a sealed bag marked Vetiver, but the bottle had a vanilla label and it was vanilla inside. Amazon made it right, so no need to deduct any stars from this product. Just adding an update.

Good!
You can tell this is the real deal. I mixed with carrier oil, it barely comes out if you don’t.

Make your own essential oil blend
I like to add 6 or 7 drops to a base of coconut oil in a small mason jar and mix a few other essential oils with it
