LOVE! 10/10 recommend. My mom was losing hair (sheâs 46) due to stress and age- after trying several different products prescribed by her doctor she was completely beside herself and started doing a lot of research and found this! I have been taking these for over 2 months now and I do see some hair growth near the top/sides near my forehead. These are one of the most popular vitamins on the market right now, but they are rather expensive, so I haven’t bought my 3rd bottle yet. I do see substantial hair growth, and new baby hairs coming in near my scalp. I wish they would decrease the price and make a gummy instead of the vitamins, so it is easier to take since you have to take 4. The vitamins have a terrible taste and aftertaste, but I did notice the size of the pill is smaller on my second bottle vs my first bottle. Make sure you are buying the correct bottle per your age group.

Hair grows fast!
I love these vitamins. My hair was starting to feel thinner and I was getting some areas of hair loss. I take two of these vitamins daily and my hair has grown so fast. It’s helped a little with the hair loss but I’ve noticed it’s better for overall growth. The reason I only take two daily instead of the recommended four daily is because these vitamins are very expensive for a one-month supply. Perhaps there would be even better results if I was able to take the recommended dose, but by only taking two daily, I can stretch out the supply for two months.

I have been using this for 6 months and it is the only thing that has worked for me. My hair is thicker, stronger, and so much more heathy. Iâve tried numerous vitamins and expensive hair growth items that didnât work. I have received so many comments from people that inquire whatâs different. I wish it was cheaper but will definitely continue using this. My advice is take it faithfully and be patient. This definitely worked for me. I couldnât be happier.

Weird side effects
I wanted to love this because of the reviews and hair growth. I only used it for just under two months and I noticed odd side effects. Before I mention them, I know this is what caused them because it started shortly after taking it and then stopped right after I quit the pills. I began have ridiculously vivid dreams, which Iâd think the ashwaganha root was to blame. Iâve taken that as a stand alone supplement and I had the same effects. I also had massive bloating. I put on 5 lbs within a couple weeks and every time I ate, I felt insanely bloated. Less than a week after I stopped the Nutrafol, all of those side effects went away. I canât figure it out completely, but it wasnât worth it to me.
