It works so well!
Iâve tried many cleanses and this one seems to be the most effective Iâve ever had. Many mention stomach pains and what not, but having done quite a few different cleanses, I know thatâs pretty normal when your body is detoxing and cleaning itself out. The first day and a half is the worst of it, you cramp and go to the bathroom a lot, so I recommend starting when you have two days where you can be in the bathroom a bit. The cramps arenât fun, but they are not terrible and itâs just the cleanse working to clear you out and if your someone like me who has issues with constipation, there will be plenty to empty. By day 4, youâre starting to actually feel better than before the cleanse because so much has been released already. I am not cramping anymore, I do still go to the restroom more, but that isnât a bad thing and I honestly pee more than anything, because while on the cleanse I drink more as well.Iâve lost about 1-2lbs a day on it. But thatâs not the point of a cleanse, the point is to clean you out, detox and start fresh, and when starting to diet and what not, itâs much easier to cut cravings and start eating better when youâre starting with a clean body that isnât craving things bad for it. I would say to expect to gain back at least half of what you lose, because itâs going to be water weight as you clean out. But hey, at 2lbs a day⦠thatâs dropping 24lbs or less in 14 days, if you gain half back, 14 lbs is still an awesome start to anyone wanting to lose weight.Taste is fine, itâs tea which I love so I knew I wouldnât mind that, I do add a little honey for taste and I do not drink the morning one three times⦠itâs so weak itâs pointless. I steep it just like the bedtime tea and drink it when I wake up as one drink, then the night one before bed. The night one is stronger and I do wake up and go right to bathroom!

Feeling bloated or a little backed up? Buy and drink this tea. I’ve ordered it three times now and will buy more in the future. (As long as the price stays reasonable of course). This tea is not a laxative, but it does assist with loosening things up a little without that scary sense of urgency! I drink it as directed and it works every single time. The taste is mild and not a big deal, but the results I get with just feeling better is all the results I need. I love it! Give it a try.

It works differently for everyone
I was very excited when I ordered this product. A friend recommended it, and it worked better for her than it did for me. It didn’t work immediately for me, it took 5 days (I almost gave up) until I started detoxing. I don’t know if it has anything to do with the fact that I have constipation problems, but so does my friend and she never had a problem with it. I guess like everything, it works differently for every one. The morning tea tastes good the night tea doesn’t really taste like much to me. I didnt lose any weight at all, but I did stopped feeling blowed. After I finally started detoxing I felt good. I am still thinking about buying some more to give it another try. I would say yes! Is good for detoxing, but no I don’t believe you can actually lose weight.

Iâm always a little skeptical when trying products like this, but I was pleasantly surprised even after the first day with this tea. I immediately noticed a difference in my sugar cravings and appetite. My bowel movements were more frequent right away, but really noticed this teas effects by day 4 ( if you know what I mean ð .) My package arrived with all contents safely packaged and the tea itself is actually pretty yummy. The morning one has a bit of a fruity flavour and the nighttime one reminds me of old-fashioned chamomile, mixed with a bit of other teas. I’ve got a few more days left but I might consider ordering another set. This tea has helped me feel such less bloating and less lumpy. I will definitely say you will be on the toilet allot in the beginning but my body feels so much better.

I am on day 3 of using this product and I must say I am happy with the gentleness of how this works, and it does work! I started this because I felt I needed a clean start to the New Year, and I must say it works! It has stimulated a clean out that was much needed. I can still function at home without issues. Going out may be an issue as I get the âurge to goâ randomly. I can confidently do a power walk on my treadmill for half an hour without issue, so itâs not interfering in my daily life.

Tried for one day. Spent the day on the toilet and then woke up in the middle of the night with unbearable stomach cramps. Spent an hour emptying on the toilet while I died in pain. Read up on the ingredients and found out that this can do more damage than good. I went to return the product, but it is not refundable. This product probably cost them $2 to make but they charge a fortune for it and donât back it up. Save your money and your kidneys.
