My doctor told me I was dehydrated and needed electrolytes to stop feeling faint in the mornings. I drink Liquid IV every day, and this is my favorite flavor. Itâs dissolves easily and is good value. I drink it in a 32 ounce water bottle. It helps me consume more water overall and has also helped my skin and lips. Great quality product and also helped ease morning sickness issues during pregnancy. The individual packets are also great for traveling! I take this on the road with me!

I love the immune boost liquid IV packets. As a medical student with a very busy schedule and high stress, I find myself getting sick often. I used to drink the little pink packets from a competitor, but once I found these, I never looked back. They smell and taste great. The tangerine is my favorite flavor. I love that they donât taste carbonated or âfizzyâ like the other immune boost brand. I also love that Amazon offers a large pack as itâs the best value. I got a few bags on sale during Prime Day and wish I had gotten more. If youâre feeling like youâre starting to get sick, these will help nip it in the bud. I also drink them once daily when Iâm feeling well, to keep my immune system strong and as a preventative measure. They have lots of electrolytes, vitamin C, and other nutrients for your immune system.

Usually, I’d drive to my local Costco and get these. Because the Costco size has 30 individual on the go packets inside the resealable bag. Unfortunately, I was informed that it’s an inactive item so they don’t have it in the warehouse nor on their merchant order. I checked every Costco warehouse in Utah on their website and this particular product is nowhere. Sad day. Thankfully, I found these on here. They are a bit expensive considering the amount I’m getting, so definitely set aside some extra money. I literally cannot go a day without putting these delicious packets into my 40 oz. Owala bottle. Because of my nationality, my immune system is weak/compromised by default and I get sick frequently. These are not only delicious (it’s a perfectly balanced sweet tangy treat I’m drinking… not too tart or sickly sugary), it helps me feel better, more hydrated since I don’t have enough room in my tiny stomach for 6-8 glasses of regular water. For those of you who are saying that this product is overly sweet, don’t add this to 16 oz of water like it says on the bag. Instead, add the I.V. powder to 40 oz of regular water. Trust me, the taste and flavor are perfectly balanced.

Amazing for Gym Revival
I LOVE Liquid IV!!! I drink one every Sunday as my recovery for the Gym. Iâm telling you it makes me feel SO much better. I personally like these because they have the added immune support feature. Although I am not a huge fan of this flavor. I think it is worth the price because of how much better it makes me feel! I use 1 packet in my 40oz Stanley, mixes together very well, not gritty!
