I tried this due to a recommendation from a friend. I cut half a dose in half and it worked great for me. More than that and it was too much. I felt off the following day. Iâve only taken this a few times and not consistently, but Iâve slept well when Iâve taken it.

This is life saving. For some reason I donât sleep deep that much and sometimes wake up at midnight at least 2 or 3 times to go to the bathroom. These are AMAZING! They have changed!
It works but the last two bottles are very different. Instead of dark blue, they are brown and taste awful. I refuse to take them. The first one I got like that I contacted Amazon and they sent a replacement at no charge right away. But then this last one has the same issue. Different lot number. I donât know if manufacturer changed something or if they are just bad.

The idea is for this to help you fall asleep. It will make you very tired within 10 minutes. I stayed awake but very tired. Also was extremely tired and off center all day the next day. I imagine it will work very well for some people. But I’ve read a lower dose is better for first time users.

I tried the ZzzQuil Sleep Gummies hoping they would help me get a better nightâs sleep, but I wasn’t impressed. Unfortunately, the flavor just didn’t work for me â it was too strong and not very pleasant. While the gummies did help with sleep, I couldn’t get past the taste, and I found it hard to look forward to taking them each night.I also want to note that my review was flagged due to my Vine membership, but this is just my honest opinion based on my experience with the product. I wouldnât purchase these again unless the flavor is improved.
