I preferred to drink the tea on Friday and Saturday nights instead of Saturday and Sunday. It was gentle and worked. I would buy again to do another detox. Not the best flavor but it wasnât terrible.

This stuff works pretty well!! Iâm on a weight loss journey but my weekends are my cheat days and I always feel bloated in the beginning of the week from carbs, salt etc. So I made this tea on a Sunday night and was a bit nervous that it would make my stomach hurt or that I wouldnât get good sleep if I drank the tea at night, because I didnât want to be in the bathroom all night. But it wasnât immediate. I slept fine. I got up and had my coffee this morning and then I started to notice that my body was ready to cleanse so to speak lol. It isnât uncomfortable though itâs very nice! No stomach pains or cramps and im not sprinting to the bathroom or anything. But I have pooped 4 times this morning lol. Sorry for TMI but I feel like this is the real info we are all looking for lol. Going to make the tea again tonight! It tastes fine but no one is buying this tea for the taste lol.
