Great For Focus, Not For Sleep
I took this supplement and felt extremely focused and energized. I had no lunch crash and I powered through the day.The problem was that the energy didnât dissipate at night. I felt very energized and my thoughts were racing. I actually initially fell asleep for a few hours but when I woke up, my thoughts were racing and I felt extremely alert. I recall still feeling alert even the next morning, after only 5 hours of sleep. I had to put a pause on it because I need better sleep. I took two pills, so maybe one or half a pill is the right balance but I will take a break before finding out.

I canât believe how well they seem to work!
I just started taking this supplement a few days ago, so I will update in a month or so to see if this maintains.I am so surprised by how well this supplement is working for me. I have read so many good things about these mushrooms and the wonders it can work for cognition and energy, but given that I have a chronic illness, I was skeptical since so many treatments in the past have failed.I have bipolar I disorder, along with severe ADHD symptoms. Because of the bipolar, I canât take stimulants because they make me manic. I also take lithium which slows cognition and creates brain fog and lethargy. Iâve taken this supplement for three days now and there is such a difference in my energy levels and focus. I feel so much sharper and more present. I have noticed just a bit of edginess, but itâs hard to tell if thatâs just *me* since these mushrooms are not supposed to cause jitters. While the bipolar symptoms are something I will always have to deal with, this gives me a lot of hope for managing them with more ease.Also, they smell and taste like an earthy chocolate. I was nervous the smell would be overpowering, but itâs really nice. They are easy to swallow, too.I hope more studies are done on adaptogenic mushrooms for bipolar. I havenât found much research on the matter. There are SO MANY treatments out there that cause contraindications with this disorder, so I am hoping this alternative will be an exception. I plan to bring the bottle to my psychiatrist and see if he has any thoughts and will update if so.
