size 14 relief
I wear size 14 shoe and I got to the point to try anything to rid the pain in my feet. These are a size to small but they help relieve the pain and that is a big plus. They fit in my shoes comfortably and I do not notice the size difference. I am on my second pair now and they are still helping with the pain. Nothing will help a complete relief of the pain but they make walking a lot easier.

Like many others said, not helpful for plantar fasciatis. Essentially these are foam insoles with a rigid plastic plate molded into the bottom. The foam was not absorbant enough to cushion properly in my opinion. The rigidity was fair, but not more than a traditional hard sole shoe provides.

I Really Like this Item
I will try to be as honest as possible because I depend on other people’s reviews and feel I want to help the best I can: I sue this item in every pair of shoes I own, at all times. In fact when I wear out a set of these it usually signals me to toss out the shoes also and start with another pair of shoes and another set of these inserts at the same time. I even have a set of these inside my slippers I wear around the house every day. I have bad knees, to the point where I now have both knees replaced. Because I’m only 65 years old and healthy, I am also very active. At least I want to be, and these inserts have saved the day for me. I have been wearing these for about 15 years now. Once I tried the first set, I never stopped wearing them since. I also bad a bad bout of Plantar Fasciitis which took about 2 months to recover from. This was before my knee replacements and I assume I was walking incorrectly to avoid pain on my knee joints causing this to flair up. It was around this time I discovered these inserts. They not only helped clear that ailment up, but have provided knee relief, and continued to allow me to be free from Plantar Fasciitis every since. I Highly Recommend. Good Luck.

Pretty good so far!
I’ve tried these out a couple of times and they seem OK. However, I’m still trying to figure out which sneaker these work best with.. I’ve been using them with my Nike Airs which are already on a slight incline and I think it’s overly supportive because I’m feeling slightly uncomfortable on my problem foot.I think I’ll get the most out of these insoles if used with a flat sneaker (like Air Force One’s or other fashion sneaker). Since they are very firm and supportive (and less cushiony than the NASA insoles I love), that support will come in handy with a flat sneaker. I’ll try that next!Overall good price and covered by FSA/HSA, which is a huge PLUS! Go Dr Scholls!

After putting on weight, I developed plantar fasciitis. Prolong standing or even walking in sneakers became an issue. This padding requires some getting used to, depending I guess on how swollen your arc already is. Now that my pain is significantly reduced, I can even jog.
