Best sleep supplement
I’ve tried melatonin, magnesium zinc pills, and everything in between to better my sleep. This product tops them all! It’s high-quality and effective while tasting great. In addition to better sleep, I’ve noticed an improvement in my mood at bedtime–I’m calmer and it’s easier to wind down. I recommend this product to everyone!Tip: take one hour before bedtime. This works for me personally, but it could work for you too!

I have deep rooted issues with sleep. I have suffered from insomnia my entire adult era. I take a pill form sleep supplement (called Kappa Nutrition Sleep 60, I have a review on that as well). However, historically I have always had trouble getting to sleep AND staying asleep. Getting to sleep fast is where this product comes in!Eight pumps and within 15-20 minutes I cannot keep my eyes open. It is such a relaxing sensation. Also, this has a cherry flavor that does not taste super fake or gross, so it is easy to consume.I have this on subscription now. I would not say I am addicted, but when you have a good thing in your hands you want to hold on to it.I highly recommend this if you have trouble getting to sleep. This is fabulous! The bottle also lasts a long time. With the recommended eight pumps per serving, this usually lasts me close to two months.

Seems to Work!
First, I donât necessarily have difficulty getting to sleep and staying asleep. However, I do have difficulty sleeping on long haul flights. I have a 9-hour flight coming up and I wanted to test out the product before the trip. I read the labels on many of the products available on Amazon. I wanted something homeopathic and low dose of Melatonin. The recommended dosage of Dreamzzz is 8-drops. I wasnât comfortable taking the full dosage, as I donât take a sleep aid now, so I tried 4-drops. It worked well enough for me with only 4-drops. I upped it the last to nights to 5-drops. I wanted to make sure I didnât have any bad dreams, a lag the next morning or any other negative effects. My wife said I tossed and turned less and did not snore. For me, on land, this product works. I will try to update this review when I return as I hope, in addition to sleep, it will assist in acclimation to the time change. ð¤ð»

Works pretty well for falling asleep
I purchased these for sleep. I need to shut my mind off at night and get more to a sleepy point to be able to fall asleep.I can feel myself getting sleepy, but if you miss that point, or you fill it at all, I feel like you missed that window for it to work. So if you order, really stay in tune with your body on when you start to feel sleepy.Iâm not a huge fan of the taste, but can tolerate it.

I like how easy this is to just put by your bed and squirt in mouth before bed when I need extra help going to sleep. Not addictive and effective after use. Recommend!

Taste not for me
Works fine but the taste really doesn’t cut it. Maybe others like it, but not for me. Also, the squirt bottle didn’t work well and leaked. I stopped using the product before it ran out.

Great to help a busy brain fall into slumber
I don’t often take melatonin products, as I typically fall asleep fairly well on my own. But then there are the nights that my brain just keeps spinning, particularly before I have a vacation or something that keeps my mind thinking of all the things non-stop. I have tried regular melatonin on those nights, and it doesn’t seem to help. I got this product sleep aid and it works like a charm. I am usually about to fall asleep within 15 easily. The flavor isn’t something I would normally drink, but it is sweet and palatable. Definitely would recommend.
