Canât say enough about this supplement
I have never taken a supplement that could actually see the benefits. I went vegan years ago and developed a bald spot on the side of my head from not eating enough nutrients/protein. Iâve been taking these for over a year now and I can tell that it has helped my skin look more smooth and is also giving my hair some life back to it after being dry, brittle and not growing. My hairs and nails got better, but I am not sure if it is because it the Biosil, I take also marine collagen, and methionine. I do a lot of sports: free weights and gymnastics, so itâs probably goes to joints support ð¤
