This product is a game changer!
Great product! Well-built sanding mop that is perfect for reaching small places that need to look smooth. This package includes a rough, medium, and fine grit disc. I have used each and can report that the quality is excellent. I will purchase again.

Works well
Havenât used them a ton yet but seem to remove burn marks from radiuses pretty fast without gouging wood. My only complaint would be the 80 grit is about twice as wide as the 240 grit and I will use the higher grits more often. Would have been nice to have them all the same width

These sand well with some modification
These flap sanding discs work well and I would give them five stars but the individual flaps are not all cut all the way through to the flap finger ends so, as delivered, they sands as a stack of partially sliced sanding disc and do not present the soft mop edge that you want. Just sanding a scrap piece like the instructions say is not enough to break them in.You have to take the time to complete the cut on each and every one of the pre-cut slices across all of the stacked discs in order to effect the desired feathered mop like edge. It takes a while but the results are worth the effort. They hold up well under use, but It would also be nice to have finer finish grits in 320, 400 and higher.

Great for removing “chatter” from mouldings
My order of LINE10 Tools 4-inch Moulding Flap Sanding Wheel Kit arrived with a separate mandrel included for each wheel and a single hex wrench to tighten the mandrels. Works great with an electric drill to remove chatter marks in moulding without destroying the detail edges.Be sure to mark the wheel with a non-erase marker to indicate the grit size. Mr Manufacturer – why not use a rubberstamp to mark the grit size on the “flat” sides of the wheels and save your customers the bother? One caveat during use – always have the direction of the drill’s rotation “towards” the end of the moulding when near the ends or the wheel will catch on the end and propel the piece across the room (and possibly damage the wheel).

Good value
I have been using this on small scroll sawn pieces. I don’t trust it/myself YET for the inner cuttings, but for the outer edges it works GREAT. A gentle round over and removal of “fuzzies”. I have also used it to hollow out a wooden spoon. If they ever wear out, I’ll buy them again!

Fantastic Product
I had never used a tool like this in my 50 years of woodworking. I saw this discussed in a magazine I was reading and went to Amazon to check out availability. There were a number of different styles and I decided on this one because of the three grits that were available. I received the order sooner than I was told and very happy with that. I have tried the 80 grit and 120 grit sanders so far and am very pleased with the results. I used them on 1″ white oak jigsaw puzzles I make, and they do a great job of getting into areas impossible with other type of sanders. So far, they are holding up very well and I would recommend them to those who need to sand irregular surfaces.

Lasted a few months
Almost bought the sanding mop from Klingspor Adhesives, but the Line 10 product was significantly less expensive, so I took a chance and purchased the Line 10 sanding wheel kit. It works exactly as described, and I am pleased with how the 80 grit wheel removes old varnish on contoured surfaces. Note: the instructions in the package do *not* describe the break-in procedure, which is essential (and very easy). So read the description of it on the Amazon page and the accompanying videos before using.Update after 8 months of occasional use:Used the 80 grit wheel the most to sand irregular wood contours. At first it worked great – saved me a lot of time by eliminating much sanding by hand. However after a while, the ends of the little flaps began to wear to the point where not much grit was left at the ends, so the sanding became less aggressive to the point where it became faster to go back to hand sanding. There was plenty of good grit left on the length of the little flaps, but those didn’t touch the workpiece. I attempted to cut off the worn ends, but the fabric was too tough for any shears that I had. My original 5-star rating is now 3 stars.

Poor value
Poor quality. Way too thin to be effective. Wore one out after 15 minutes of usage.
Cheryl –
they worked a dream, soft enough to be gentle on timber but firm enough to follow the shape and sands beautifully

The overall quality is fine but not the highest. For a small shop this is a great product. I use it regularly and it has stood up well. When you get the sander, the sandpaper pieces all lie flat. As you use it, the individual pieces twist and flare out, which is what they are supposed to do. This creates much more surface area for sanding and allows you to get into small corners and edges. This is a time saver and much better than hand sanding. I will definitely buy this again.

Absolutely fantastic for detailed sanding without damaging. Helped me rip though a fussy wooden carvings on door during a renovation which would have taken ages otherwise. Just a shame they are not readily available in the UK and costly here for what they areâ¦â¦â¦ but I would buy again in a flash.

Too early to comment on longevity, but these perform well and are very budget friendly. After testing with a few pieces, I ordered more to have on had.I read another review that said you need to manually separate the strips because they will not separate using the manufacturer’s prescribed method. They did comment that it was a worthwhile effort to completely separate all of the strips and I concur. The results were improved and sanding was much smoother after all the strips were separated at the perforations. I found it very time consuming to manually separate the strips after first trying to do it by using the mop as prescribed in the instructions, so going forward I will take the time to manually separate them before first use.

I bought a single 240 grit disc to see the quality and was impressed. So I bought a set of 3 discs.Unfortunately the 240 grit in the set is already worn out. The original one is still going strong.
