I walk a lot for work and have been suffering greatly with plantar fasciitis for some months now. The 1 inch height lift has pretty much stopped all pain during the working day. I havenât needed to use the adhesive stickers as they seem to stay in place on their own. Unlike cheap insoles they seem to be lasting very well and are showing no signs of losing any height or effectiveness. Very functional and easy to use just pop them in your shoe and off you go.
